Normally, I eat at Subway, but since my wonderful experience at the Jersey Subs in Macon on Riverside Drive, this is definitely where I will be going for my sub fix. The Club Sub #8 was perfectly made and the bread was so fresh that I finished it in the car while my daughter was driving. I went there on 1/31/24 around 4 p.m., it could have been a little earlier than that, but the service was absolutely great. Since I’ve only eaten at Jersey Mike once or twice, I did not know what I wanted, so the staff was very patient and accommodating, especially, the Caucasian boy that cut my meat and the African American girl with the dreads that fixed my sandwich. I live in Milledgeville and wish we had that level of great customer service. The food was so fresh and good, I will always stop there to get my sub fix every time I visit the new mall, which is in a perfect location by the way. Thanks Jersey Mike’s Riverside location in Macon for such an amazing experience, I sincerely appreciate at because it doesn’t happen that often in this day and age!Much love,Catherine.

Staff was great and food was yummy but why is it so damn cold in there??!! My family wanted to sit and eat but we couldn’t deal with sitting in a freezer while we ate. I commend the staff for not walking out.

The big girl, with brown hair, wears glasses was very rude. She just slapped my sandwich together with a very s#!+y attitude. She barely put any lettuce on my sandwich and when I asked her could she please put some more, she acted as tho I was inconveniences her. The restaurant was empty so she was not rushed or over loaded with customers. She was just rude. She definitely needs to be retrained on customer service and how to make a Jersey Mike's Sub.
