We went to the bowling alley to celebrate our friend's birthday and the employee working at the front desk was one of the rudest people ever. When we asked for bumpers for our visually impaired friend (who's birthday it was) he said "h*ll no" and walked away. We asked him where to put the bowling shoes when we were done playing and he scoffed and said "just put them on the counter" and when we said that we hadn't finished all 10 rounds of the game he just curled his lip at us and said "ok...? bye" and turned away. Genuinely one of the rudest service employees I've ever experienced. He basically ruined the night.

I've enjoyed playing here since 2018. However, recently they have changed the traditional mechanical arm pinsetter to string pin reset. Strings are attached to each bowling pin and this changes the natural way pins fall, spin and knock over other pins. It's proven that less strikes and more splits occur with this method. We even observed several instances where the string knocked over pins that should not have fallen. I understand this is a cost saving decision but it really removes the ability to know what your true score is.

Fun outing with friends.There are two negatives -- they don't open till 4pm on Saturday, and the Cafe didn't open before 6pm!!! They missed out on $$ from us.
Music is very racist and extremely unfriend front counter employees. Hourly rates instead of by the game. The timer starts as soon as you pay instead of when you press start at the lanes. We lost 10 minutes of paid time while we went to the restroom and bought beverages from the bar.

Wish I could give this place a half star, the manager is rude and the place is filthy. If you have a problem you are told to call Cynthia the owner,I'm call you now Cynthia to tell you I will not be back to spend my money here enjoy your roach infested bowling alley.

The oil patterns wasn't really good the lanes were smaller than usual I had to bowl straight even though I normally hook And the lanes broke my favorite bowling ball
