Just awful customer service. Ordered from app. Pulled up at the time it said food would be ready(25 min) to be told they were out of spuds and would be over an hour before they had anymore. Never asked how they could fix anything, apologize or even asked if I wanted the rest of order filled. So I told them to just refund my money to which they replied it would be 3 to 5 business days. It didn't take 3 to 5 business days to charge my card!!!!

I've never been here before, and it was a huge let down. My coworker pumped me up about this place for months and I finally made time to stop by. The sandwich was ok. The potato was disgusting ( I can't think of another way to describe it), it came out wrong the first time, no biggie though, it happens. But to bite into a cold baked potato with cold chicken and an unsettling flavor was more than I could take. I didn't even bother to speak with the employees because it was so bad, I just simply got up, threw it in the trash and left. Definitely not worth the over $10 price for a potato.

Pulled up to the window was told I could not place my order at the window. I had to so online or come inside. Sat in the car and placed ordered, then went back to the window to pick up. Stupid. The food was good, but the service was inadequate.

I have always been a huge fan of McAlisters, but if i were you I would not order their fruit. I ordered myself a club wrap with a side of fruit only to find mold in my fruit. Honestly, this turned me off from the rest of the meal. Disgusting! Makes me wonder how fresh their other food is that i’m consuming. Do better!

Nice place in Milledgeville, GA just down from the Walmart!Easy parking, cute facade too.Walk in & immediately in line!!Tables to left & right- looks good for larger crowds or a table for 1.Entrance has menus to review before getting to the counter- smart to have your order ready for faster service.I ordered a Turkey sandwich with veggies, swiss & avocado. Was delicious!!!Side (comes with sandwich) I chose cucumber/tomato salad & a Coke Zero.Everything was super fresh! Delicious, I just wish there was more flavor. Nothing packed a punch- just ordinary tasting. Maybe needed a little extra salt in all of their sauces, including the cucumber/tomato salad- just no flavor.Would I go again? YES! I would try everything on the menu... a nice variety & as I watched other orders go by me they all looked scrumptious.Nice spot & refreshing on a very hot day!!!

Incredibly disappointing “meal”. We order pick up thru the drive thru. Sandwiches were deconstructed, practically no chicken salad on one of the sandwiches. Side of broccoli consisted of 2 florets. Had given what we thought was an ample time frame from our last mediocre experience, hoping things had changed.
A little on the slow side, but taste so amazing.. very high quality food..and gr8 amounts served..wow

I truly wish I could rate this place with negative stars... I would give it negative 4...Ordered a BLT... what I received was: 2 slices of extremely hard moldy toast with the thinnest paper thin piece of tomato I have ever seen in my life - )they get credit for actually being able to slice tomato this thin - like, HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE?) , a couple of pieces of bacon that are equally as thin and don't even taste like bacon AT ALL (again... HOW?), and instead of lettuce there were literally 3 baby spinach leaves and a little piece of purple something other that I can't remember the name of... this is not a BLT... this is a moldy catastrophe... I couldn't make myself even try to bite into the sandwich... it was that bad... I tried a piece of the wafer paper bacon, but it was more like wafer paper than bacon...This place is ridiculously high priced and the food was not edible...
