I was heading down to visit my son at college. What a treat the young man at the counter said they make everything from scratch. that is hard to find nowadays but after eating the spicy pork Tonkatsu,Wow. It was the best I had ever had. Three beautiful pieces of pork belly, roasted with a skin wrapped around it soft and perfect. I cannot wait to go back to see my son so we can have our ritual that we are beginning.
