I have tried to stop three times and everytime i try to order it takes forever it seems like they only have one person working in the whole place. It shouldn’t take 10 to 15 minutes to take my order.

Went through the drive thru and received great service but my food was completely charred. I’ve never seen a bun burned to this capacity and still served to a customer. Definitely worst experience at one of my fav burger places.

My recent foray into the abyss of Sonic Drive-In left me with an overwhelming sense of regret, and at the center of this regret was their cheeseburger. Let's begin with the cheese shall we. Rather than a smooth, melty delight, what adorned my burger resembled a rubbery afterthought. It was as if they mistook a piece of plastic for cheddar, leaving me to question the very essence of their cheese selection. The patty itself was a flavorless wasteland, devoid of any redeeming qualities. The texture was like chewing on a dry sponge! To top it all off, we have the bun. Oh the bun. A stale, lifeless, burnt excuse for bread. I've had better buns at a convenience store that's been closed for a week. In conclusion, the cheeseburger at Sonic is a disgrace to the entire concept of fast food. Save your taste buds the trauma and steer clear of this place. I wouldn't feed this cheeseburger to my worst enemy.

the workers are awful and so rude - close 20 mins early and ignore you- then if you get here 10 mins before closing the man in the back yells upset about it being rude that he has to do his job... the girl was nicer though at the frontlet me add by saying came again today & it was even worse as if that should have even been possible. rudest drive thru worker i have ever seen

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Didn’t bring us out our drinks, or the sides we ordered. No sauces. Ordered online because they was rude ah through the drive thru , this place is a damn mess

Every few years I give Sonic a try and every few years I am disappointed. Only reason I gave a 1 was that I couldn't give a zero. I ordered my food and then waited 18 minutes, saw at least 6 cars go through the drive thru, then hit the button again to speak with someone. I told them I had already ordered and was still waiting. They did not respond or come out with my food. I tried pushing the button again but no response. I waited a few more minutes then just drove away.

Stopped by Sunday about 230 pm to get us a milkshake. Sat there for about 5 minutes or more waiting for the guy in front of me to go. Finally he drove on. I thought he went to the window to get his order. I pulled up and sat there another 10 minutes, no one asked for my order so I got aggravated and started to pull off. I thought maybe they were backed up. But when I went by the window, whoever was inside was just standing there looking down. I don't get it. The service has been going downhill for at least the last 6 months.
