I am a fan of Waffle House! That said, service was slow and poor. Order wasn't right. By the time I got it I didn't have time to have it made right. More staff hanging out back than in the restaurant. Manager was more concerned with washing dishes than helping customers.

Loved this place, we usually go every couple weeks. Only 1 car there so knew they werent busy. Walked in tonight after working all day, all but a few tables were dirty with plates, etc, girl employee was laughing so loudly even the man sitting waiting for his wife to check out made a face at me. I walked around the corner, to find more tables loaded with dishes, and 2 guys sitting back there (guess that's who made the young lady laugh so hysterically). No one said a word to me, so I turned and walked out. Went to China buffet instead. Not sure why with employees getting paid to work, there were that many dirty tables, bothersome....this was app 630 1/18. The long blonde was ringing someone up so at least she was earning her wages.... what's happened to work ethics? Who would want customers coming in to a mess like that while they have time to sit and goof around?? Clean the tables (there were ALOT), then relax. I would be ashamed.

The waitress name starts with an S. She is very sweet and did great. The lady cook did an excellent job too. The store is very clean and every one is wearing gloves handling food. 5

Our waiter was very kind, patient, attentive, and well groomed. Definitely an improvement upon past experiences.Food was prepared quickly and accurately, which I find very important. The cook even walked by and asked if everything was good. Best waffle house staff ever.

I was craving some hash browns and decided to stop in. I have passed by this location several times on my way to Lowe’s and the parking lot is always packed. I just happened to pass by mid morning between the breakfast and lunch rushes. I had the place to myself.This is a typical WaHo layout that I found clean and welcoming. The staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone as long as the parking lot is not full. Wait time on cook to order are like every where else, long. Always serving Coca-Cola products and Heinz. Their pricing is fair for the area.
