Over my last four visits to this establishment, I've ordered soup to go and twice out of those four times, I've been given the wrong soup, which I only discover once I'm home. I'm very dissatisfied with this service! I understand that people get tired, but how can you make a mistake every other time? Are they working with their eyes closed? It feels like they don't read the orders and just randomly give out whatever. I ordered cream of chicken rice soup, and they gave me tomato soup. Another time, instead of cream of chicken rice, I got noodle soup.

25 years of loyalty from me, but this location is so gross!!!! They closed the drive-thru the last few times I tried it, for whatever reason. Walking in, I see how dirty everything is and I want to vomit. Such a shame because I used to eat at other locations 2x a week.

This place used to be nice with welcoming service and I don’t know what happend now. I placed an order for tomato soup and it took them 50 mins to make and the two men who were working were mostly talking and less working. Half of the time one of them just kept making fun of people’s last name instead of making order.

Literally got assaulted here by a coworker, not once, but multiple times by different people. Absolutely worst atmosphere to work in. The environment is not clean and very unsanitary. Food is sloppy when made. Unfriendly and slow service, you could be sitting in drive thru for over 20 min just waiting for your soup and sandwich. Never seen so many hiring posters for a workplace before.
May this review is for there item menu “ green goddes caprese“ . I usually like Panera sandwich’s but this green caprese is not good .

we got the new sourdough sandwiches and they were out of sourdough, chipotle aioli, gouda cheese, and the soup i wanted. everything was pretty much flavorless and barely warm. the whole place was a mess. it was super unsatisfying.

There is no one at the front to take orders and they tell you to use the kiosk. It's usually not a problem but I had a coupon that the kiosk wouldn't take and they said sorry no one can help.
