I was informed by an employee they are discontinuing cup sleeves to become more green. That kind of seems dangerous to me. I just got my second coffee from them without a sleeve.

Service is bad. Ordered my drink and waited nearly 15 minutes because their friends and target employees get served before anyone. Even if you had already ordered. Do not stop here if you are in a hurry.

Terrible experience. A young worker by the name of Melanie or Melody was an absolute nightmare during my transaction. I have been to this location many times and always get a refill with my Starbucks rewards before leaving. She told me this wasn't a thing and went off on a tangent about how they're a laid back location but "I can understand how anyone could come in and ask for special treatment" then actually laughed and rolled her eyes in my face. A very helpful young man named Jordan was able to step in and explain the rules to her to which she again rolled her eyes at me and laughed saying "I don't know girl." I came back after shopping for a refill and the worker loudly said "Look that girls coming back for her refill" and ran to the back with her coworker to laugh about me. Jordan made my drink and I left in tears. I did report this incident to the manager who said he would handle it but wanted to give a warning to other customers as I could not believe someone could be so outright nasty. I had to ask Jordan for her name as she was also the only one there not wearing a name tag, which unfortunately makes me think this attitude is not unusual.

Really? Asked for no ice in my venti pink drink. This is ridiculous. I understand it will be less drink with no ice but it’s literally half the cup.

The lady charge extra for lite ice on my strawberry refresher, when it doesn't happen in other locations, avoid arguing but that was robbery, almost two extra dollars because I didn't want too much ice, I hope they charge me less if I ask for the same size with extra ice, absurd.

I find it very frustrating that a coffee shop known for it's espresso/lattes has a location with only 1 espresso machine! The 1 they have is broken so more than half of the menu is unavailable... also, you're IN a Target... buy a new machine!

Experience is always great but today was much nicer with the smile and welcoming word of one of the girls. I couldn't catch her as I didnt see a name tag, but she Hispanic looking, healthy set and with glasses. Her customer service is impeccable and she's the reason I come to target's Starbucks..
