Great food and the customer service was excellent!! The young lady who was our server was great! The food is so good that it is worth our 1 to 1&1/2 hour drive!! Food was good. But owner was the biggest a$$ wipe over .25 cent ranch. I know it’s not a lot of $ but you get 1 ranch for 2 am adults eating a huge bucket of fried pickles?!? asked for our server and she wanted to. And sure we knew she was the owner. Our first time and will order pick up next time if we go back..

Great 'little' spot! I've been driving through Monroe for years and had no clue this place was hiding behind Hwy 11. Everything was top notch. I couldn't recommend anything be improved. We had pulled chicken, brisket, ribs, pork rinds, tots, and slaw. All incredibly tasty. The sauces were on point also!

My boyfriend and I went last week and it was the best BBQ that we had. He got the smoked sausage and I got the brisket and we both were impressed with the food and service. The coleslaw was amazing, i normally dont order it because most restaurants dont know how to make it. I didn't regret ordering it one bit. We definitely will be back!

The place was sadly empty. But, a great atmosphere and great food. A little pricey, but most BBQ places are, these days. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I am a satisfied customer. Wish I coulda dined in, though. I'm sure it's a much better experience.

So after seeing a post today about When Pigs Fly BBQ I decided to give them a try and form my own opinion on it. Online ordering was a breeze. And getting to the location was also easy. Got a text when it was ready, and the staff was friendly when I went to pick up the order.Ordered the four meat and two meat sampler so I could try every meat, the burnt ends, and nanner pudding. After eating, I'm to full to try the nanner pudding. Sides were Mac and cheese, potato salad, fries ocra, and green beans.Burnt ends were great. Not as sweet as I would have made them, but still great. Perfectly sauced.Mac and cheese was good, wish it had a little pepper in it. But still good.Green beans were good as well. (Add some bacon to it!!)Potato salad is also good, added some ground pepperRibs, though small, fell right off the bone, and tasted absolutely delicious.Turkey, I love smoked turkey, and I could have eaten solely that. Loved itPulled chicken, also amazing.Pulled pork was a bit dry, but once I added some sauce, it was greatSausage was also perfect. Kinda wished it was served sliced up for presentationFinally, the brisket. I'm really picky when it comes to brisket, and I believe rightfully so, as it's an expensive cut to cook, and takes an extremely long time to cook. It was absolutely amazing, perfectly tender, and fell apart amazingly. Perfectly cooked, but couldn't see a good smoke ring.So I would absolutely recommend it. And I will definitely eat it again. (Though I probably wouldn't order the samples)I would absolutely love to have eaten in the restaurant, so check out how it is plated and presented.And I may update once I eat some nanner pudding.

I would recommend this place to anybody owners are awesome. Staff is great. Food is good. They barbecue it out back and their smokers shed. Very welcome in inside. Would recommend using the back entrance.

First time eating here, I ordered sweet tea w/ lemon, sampler with pulled pork and ribs, comes with 2 sides: I chose potato salad and Brunswick stew with Texas toast. Let me tell you this place had me feeling like a flying pig walking out! The food is just delicious and the staff are down home good folk! Really enjoyed it and will be coming back soon!
