I would appreciate it if they could stop screwing up my orders. It’s been here too long for these screw ups.

I go through the drive-thru 2/3 times per week. Staff is friendly and it's always nice to see Cierra and Treveyon. Great customer service and they make sure my food is always hot and fresh.
Every time I come to this business i am met with a very rude gay black man who is at the window, he always has a attitude for no reason no matter how you talk to him and how nice you are he is always very rude.

I gave this place a fair amount of time to get established. I finally went with my husband and we ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a boneless wing meal. It took forever to eat all of our food. At the time of us going there was not anyone inside. However, there were a lot of unmonitored children running about outside. We received the wrong food at first. The boneless wings were cold and missing fries. Out of everyone working there two men helped us get our order together and I appreciate them for it. One gentleman was getting off work, but came back just to help. The young ladies that were at the counter were uninterested in their job. Having loud personal conversations and cutting up shirts like we weren't there. All in all I was very unimpressed and highly dissatisfied with the way the establishment was/is being ran. I probably won't come back because it's just not worth it. I understand it's fast food but this particular Jack's made me not want to frequent any Jack's.

The new Bacon chicken wraps a great deal with awesome taste. I am always concerned because some places saturate items with sauce but these were perfect. Definitely would purchase again.

Great place to stop and grab a bite on my way to work!
They used to have a good manager that cares for the customers.Sometimes you have to be careful how you treat people cuz you never know who is walking into the business.Parking: The parking lot is very clean

On several occasions I have come to buy at Jack's because the food is good, the problem is that they never pay attention to what you order and they take a long time to serve you and they give you something that you didn't ask for and if you tell them they get angry, they don't like that I tell them nothing already several times, they need to put the employees in order.
