Had an order to go. Cashier was really nice. Couldn't find a button for removing an item so she told the kitchen staff directly and they got it right.Small town vibe here. Everyone seems to know everyone else. If they don't recognize you, you will get that look! Haha.Overall a good lunch from here.

They'll get your order wrong then tell you to go wait in the drive through AGAIN to get it fixed. Every time you go there, something is wrong with your order. The food is way below what you expect from a national chain. I got a big Mac with NO MEAT in it. Now how do you forget the meat in a hamburger??

Prices at this location are nearly TRIPLE compared to any other McDonald's! 20 peice mcnuggets everywhere is $5 they charged $12.99. Soft drinks are $1, they charged me $3. THEN They donated money without asking, and after I demanded my money back from the donation they stole the manager left the window open and talked trash about me to a staff members. I'll be contacting corporate about this matter. The staff and management is disgusting and unprofessional.

The best thing about this McDonald's is the incredible sweet Sherry!!! Every time my husband and I come through the drive thru she is always so nice and inviting...makes you feel like McDonald's really cares about their customers!!!

Ordered 2 Big Macs-hairs on both-ordered extra dressing on the side-it was in a small cardboard box-will never go back-i live 20 miles away so it was useless to go back-last trip for me to McDonalds in Montezuma!!!!!!

Okay so I'm not gonna trash it for a one time mistake, but seriously there were two hairs in my friggin chicken nuggets guys, cooked into them not just sitting on top. That's messed up. Not okay. This is why you wear hairnets, not hats. Bad McDonald's. Shame on you.Ps. Where were my fries and straws at tho???
I'm usually not one to leave reviews but this place really made me mad. I went there twice today, the first time was for me, the second time was for my kids. The first time I went, I heard a customer (kindly) explaining to an employee what was wrong with her order, she wasn't being rude at all, and as soon as she walked out of the building the employees started talking bad about her loudly enough for me and the other customers to hear. Then, when I went back again that evening to get my kids food the employees were having a little group hang out in the front of the building with their friends and the employees inside were yet again talking bad about people and goofing off. Cursing and everything. And again, I had my children with me. To top it off my sandwich I ordered was burnt to a crisp which I didn't realize until I got home and opened it. This place is horrible. For being one of the only fast food places around you would think y'all would do better. So unprofessional. Get it together mcdonalds and hire better people to run your montezuma establishment.

What a mess! The entire store was messy, workers were rude.Waited 10 minutes for my drink after my food.I wasn't in a rush. It bothered me that when an older couple made an order at the counter the lady was like "geez any slower" and then when he asked for fresh fries she got mad and said " you done ate half" but they didn't and only got half a box of fries to start with.Used gloves in the bathroom, trash overfilled. The employee had their stuff on the biggest table so there was little to no where to sit.

It's usually good or correct but sometimes the app doesn't work right it seems. I've also noticed that daytime/lunch orders are fresher and better than food I receive after 6pm. Just hope my burger ain't been sittin all day.?
