The best fried chicken ever. Definitely unexpected! Perry’s is located in a gas station convenience store. Don’t be put off by this! You’ll be happy you stopped in. I was just hoping for a granola bar or something on my drive to Savannah and instead I got the best fried chicken I have had, possible ever in my life. Would drive all the way back just to enjoy Perry’s chicken again!

Unbeknownst to me, my bank decided to close out my debit card in lieu of switching from Discover to MasterCard. They shut off my card with no notice to me. I went to purchase some food from this Perry's and after my debit card declined twice and my credit card as well, for some reason, the cashier/server bagged up the food and said it was on her. I'm a trucker and these last two weeks have been a nightmare with the mechanical issues my truck was having. I am greatly appreciative of this random act of kindness this particular cashier/server did for me. If the rest of the staff acts in this manner, any time I ever stop here again, I'll be sure to patronize this Perry's. Thank you from a very hungry and appreciative trucker!

The "chicken sauce" is so good for dipping but the buttermilk chicken tenders were seasoned so good on their own and meat that tasted like chicken so I just used the sauce to dip my fries. Fries were good. Biscuit was homemade tasting and good. Mac n cheese was normal but very good. I just got the extra Mac n cheese side but the 5 piece tender meal with one side and biscuit was plentiful. The service was friendly and VERY fast. The food could have been hotter but was not cold. The price was fair for good chicken. Sweet tea was awesome and the Gas n Go was selling half pecks of fresh sweet Georgia peaches from Lane's!
