On the 9th of February 24, we came in way before closing, and the lady that was working was super rude and unprofessional. As soon as we walked in, she immediately said she was closed, but was waiting on other people. Lights were completely off but as I said, she was still waiting on customers.....everybody except us.We spend too much money to be treated as such. We will NEVER patronize this business again. And I will be sure to let my colleagues know as well about the service rendered. Smh.....hard to find good help these days!!!!!

I have been to both locations on 16th Street and they're both good food , clean facilities and friendly staff . I usually order basically the same sandwich, so I can't say much about the other choices available . The atmosphere is typically what you will experience at a Subway Sandwich Shop . Prices are moderate for Subway. I don't eat there as often as the past because of my diet limits salt and Nitrates found in hilly processed meat. I would recommend this restaurant to those who enjoy Subway Food .

Unfortunately, it's the worst service ever. I don't think the franchise owner even cares about who they hire and who runs this place. From product availability to the employees. My husband and I came here on a Thursday night at about 830pm. There was 1 employee only red-haired girl with a nose ring. There was no greeting, and if she said anything to you, it was with the lowest voice as if she hated her job. With 2 people in front of us, we were there waiting in line about 45 min! You had to assume what she should have asked when taking the order. She went to the back after she was done with the guy in front of us and didn't even say. " I'll be with yall in a moment," that was at least another 10 minutes waiting. And when she came back to prepare our sandwhiches, it was sloth mode. I honestly felt like jumping the counting and taking over to provide good customer service and fast service! For 2 sandwhiches, it was at least another 15 to 20 minutes to make. Never again! I've been to other subways, and it they make my sandwhich is less than 5 minutes. Honestly, that employee was the worst and laziest I've ever seen in my my whole work life career.

This by far is the worst subway I have ever visited. The guy who claims to be the manager is never dressed by subway policy. He has on shorts that are way too big for him to be a big guy. Hardly ever wears the company shirt. His shorts are falling from his waist exposing the rim of his bottom. Wears a scarf on his head instead of the provided Subway hat, and fingernails are long and dirty. So disgusting!!! Why would I want someone who does not seem to care about themselves and others fixing food for myself or my family. When I see that he is preparing the food, I do not order. Also when he works, every time we visit he is out of something. Why have the dressing bottles in the bin if you do not have the item available. I honestly believe that he is just too lazy to restock items. Some of the other few employees, two to be exact, that are employed at this store, I will let fix my food. My family and I notices the difference when someone who cares prepares the food. It seems as if this Subway and a few others I have visited are privately owned not corporate because of the way the employees dress and their hygiene. I have been to few where the employees wear the required attire for the restaurant (company issued shirt and hat with black pants) and some with their everyday clothes on, with a scarf or bonnet on their heads. Really!!??!! This particular Subway needs corporate to come in and make some serious changes or monitor the staff to correct their behavior. No customer wants to except good but receives bad and not be satisfied.

The people who are in this mf subway are high af all the time you gotta tell them your order like 20,000 times as they're making your sandwich and they'll still get it wrong They are always out of almost all the meats Ever time

Paid for a order online was late to pick-up time an the guys had pulled ticket but did pass it on to be made now been here 20 minutes waiting on food that should have been ready hell I should have just showed up an did my order an I probably would be waiting cause they are trying to make my order but stopping in the middle of my order to wait on customers who are walking in

This place is a joke walked in and had to wait order then finally ordered told them what I wanted they start making the sandwich then all of sudden say it will be 16 mins before this is done had no drinks no chips nothing to and to top it off all the stuff they done put on my sandwich they just raked it back off in the containers that they was in
