I just had some of the best fried shrimp around and they were very large and absolutely delicious. My sides were Cole slaw, hushpuppies, grits. Along with banana pudding and Diet Coke.All for $12.04!!!!!Amazing turnaround for this place. Shrimp and catfish are only served on Fridays for lunch. If they opened on Friday nights, they’d have to hire police for the traffic jam that would happen.
Awesome little spot just outside of the square in Monticello. Great atmosphere with wonderful food. Portion sizes were just right and you can’t beat the pricing. Looking forward to coming back! Best pancakes I have ever eaten!!

I rate this place a 5 on every aspect. The service was wonderful as was the old time atmosphere, not to mention that Country Cooking. Great place to eat and my wife and I will be returning.
