Horrible customer service. My husband went in today and ordered a sandwich combo. He was double charged for his sandwich. He took his receipt over to let them know. He was told that they don’t do refunds. The lady took his receipt from him and said come back tomorrow. I went back over to get the receipt. The lady Barbara said she had put it on the manager’s desk. I asked for it back so that my husband had it when he comes back in. Barbara stated that they needed it. I asked for it back again. She then threw her hands up in the air walked away and said fine I’m not going to argue with you. I don’t understand why she needed the receipt so badly. My husband could have easily kept it and brought it back in tomorrow. Barbara has horrible customer service.
