My experience was horrible. Customer service was horrible. It’s a bunch of young people there working, not taking their jobs seriously. I was there when the staff was arguing with a customer about a phone. My order came out wrong. The staff were just standing there in the huddle, talking, and not making sure the guests were taken care of. Even the table next to me was complaining about things. Please hire people with better customer service who actually care about doing the job. Even the night shift manager had horrible customer service. I asked my waitress if I could check out on the tablet because I wanted to do a survey. She literally took the tablet and checked us out and cleared it out, so I wouldn’t do the survey.

We always sit at the bar and have appetizers and drink of the month! This was the best promotion they could have ever come up with. Every month the drinks are great!! Love the Bartenders here too

Upon entering it was lit!! They were watching the girls college basketball championship game and ppl were locked in! My wife and I along with our 3 kids were seated immediately. Brittany our service we quick!! (We also are not the type of customers that take forever to order so I'm sure us knowing what we wanted just made the process easier. The food came out very quick and it was good. I hope to return soon
This would be the 2nd time we were able to get Alaina. We traveled all the way from Macon, just to come to this Chili's for her. This was on a busy Friday night too. The food was delicious and fast, short wait times, and friendly and excellent customer service from our server. Truly recommend this Chili's
We use to come here often but they seemed to be always short handed so we quit coming for a while. So glad we gave it another try! Everything was perfect and they have the best chips and margaritas for the price by far!! Thanks Rose for such great service!

This was by far the BEST experience that I have ever had at Chilis. I was visiting Atlanta for the weekend. My wife and I love Chilis as we normally frequent Chilis in Maryland. Everything at this location was 5/5 STARS. My server Shade was very friendly and attentive. She checked on us often. The food was seasoned well. My wife gets the chicken fajitas normally. She says this is the best she has had. My tea was made to perfection. It was a nice upbeat atmosphere and the staff was so polite. I travel to Atlanta frequently and I will definitely come back to this location whenever I am in town.
