The food was good, the service, not so good. I'm new to the area and decided to check them out this past Sunday for brunch. We came in & were seated right away, but she let us know there would be an extra 10-15min wait because they were backed up with to go orders. The place was pretty full inside & out so I wondered why they were focused on to-go orders instead of dine in guest. After being seated, we waited about 6-7mins before meeting our waiter & putting in drink orders. She said she couldn't take our orders right away because the kitchen was backed up & had to get a lot of to-go out. I asked why was that the focus when they were getting a growing dine crowd. "It's a corporate thing." We waited about 10mins before putting in orders & waited another 30-40mins before getting the food. The waiters moved around with no sense of urgency. We got there around 12pm and did not get our food until almost @ 1:30pm, which was close to closing. I would like to know why don't they pause to-go order on Sunday knowing there will be a big dine-in crowd to include after church goers?

Don’t go here they will steal/over change you & say it’s nothing they can do ??Went to the location on Sun 4/14 for brunch to celebrate my mothers 60th wedding anniversary arrived at 1230p was told it was a 20min wait no problem since they close at 2p was told as soon as we sat down the kitchen was extremely backed up & she would suggest we place our drink & food order at the same time to avoid an even longer wait again no problem everything was fine as we finished our food it was after 2 so you could see the staff cleaning up we had a party of 4 with 2 people on each check we settled the bill & left with 1 party paying cash & the other w/card it wasn’t until later we realized the waitress charged the wrong amount to the card with it now being late afternoon we had to wait until today 4/15 to call & try to get it handled after calling & explaining what happened they could only say we have to both come back in because they have already closed out yesterdays sales THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE as the person with the card lives in Birmingham AL needless to say they did nothing about it knowing full well the waitress is clearly stealing just tried to make excuses I paid $47 & tipped $10 with cash & the receipt was wrapped around the money, so there was no confusion as the card holder did the same for her $25 bill & tipped in cash

The food was good. The server mixed up my bill with my niece's and took cash from my niece and charged my card the same amount. Which was $20 more. When I called to get it corrected, the mgr said they had closed the drawer from the day before and they could not refund my card. She told me I had to call my bank. I will not be going back. The server stole $20. They are not honest. Do not patronize this establishment.

Kebir was GREAT!!!I brought my sister from the Bahamas (who is a ‘picky eater’) and she actually enjoyed the food he suggested…. And man was he patient!!THANK YOU KEBIR B- I’m going RIGHT NOW to get a manicure ?

I can't say I had the best experience at Eggs up grill on Sunday, April 14 2024. First I must say I was displeased with the food grade of 84 B. I was already apprehensive but my homegirl was like, we good. We waited about 6 minutes for our waitress. I ordered a veggie omelet add turkey sausage w cheddar cheese, it came with wheat toast, I requested butter on toast, along with potatoes and requested onions and peppers. Well our food table arrived, my omelete was wrong, it only had turkey sausage no meat, my potatoes were great but the onions and peppers were raw. Our waitress came back over and she said, I see it wrong took it back. While my homegirl eating her food I'm waiting for my re-make. After about 15 minutes, my food came out, my homegirl now almost finished or finished and guess what, my order STILL WRONG. So now my omelete is all veggies no meat. Now, I'm pissed because we got to go. I requested the manager and I explained all the above.I said we have to go and we did, her excuse was we are busy and kitchen is not reading orders.Say what!!! There is no issue. Then to add insult to injury she says, I can only offer you 15%, I laughed.. I said 15% and your people messed up my order TWICE, now i have to wait and eat and she said I can bring you some sausage, what. Bringing me a side of sausage that suppose to be in my omelete is not a resolution to the problem. I was not happy at all and I can't say I will be back and I do my best to support black businesses.

The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, my preferred dining energy...food was awesome and menu prices are rated E for everyone....our Server KB was Great! we would go back just for the service he provided. Being it was our first time, he went over the menu front to back and his highlights made ordering simple. Thanks KB
