I was craving bubble tea and decided to try this place. I ordered a hot purple yam drink, an iced purple yam black tea, a passionfruit tea, and a mango coconut. After trying both purple yam drinks, I was not impressed. I found the hot drink off putting, and the cold one lacked sugar. The passion fruit and mango coconut drinks were mediocre at best. Needless to say, I won't order from here again.

We ordered 3 bobas and they were actually pretty good. Unfortunately the service was terrible. No one greeted us when we walked in. I walk up tot he counter and there’s a young man with headphones in and he just stares at me. I look at him and say hi and he literally rolls his eyes and looks the other way. Okay. I move to the other counter and there is a girl there sitting down on her phone with headphones she immediately gets up and walks away and starts talking to the guy behind the counter where you can’t see anyone. Another girl comes from the back and stands at the counter giving us her attention and I finally pick what I want and send my bf to the counter to order because all the negative energy from the employees gave me anxiety and I didn’t want to be around them. I was honestly sad from this experience because I love milk tea and so do my kids and the place is so pretty inside and it would have been a nice place to relax after the park but the employees were just terrible

Gong Cha Morrow is the cleaniest place around!!! Staffs are the friendliest human beings I promise! I received wonderful suggestions while ordering my milk teas as well as my bubble waffle! My girls always love the original bubble waffle by the way! Drop by and give this awesome place a chance everyone! It's also a great hang-out place for catching up with friends!!!
