Some of the worst service ever. I placed my order inside and the young lady at the counter told me it would be a 15-minute wait so I stepped outside to my car to wait. To my surprise when I returned, the doors were locked. I knocked on the door with my receipt in hand indicating that I was there to pick up my order and all the employees were simply acting like there was nobody there. So I went back to my car to call the store, hoping I could somehow get their attention, but alas I had no luck in that endeavor either. I was on the dial tone for about 6 minutes. Feeling defeated I decided to make my way over to the drive-thru which had cars wrapped around the entire plaza to request a refund. This whole tragedy which was supposed to be a hot and ready pickup took approximately an hour for me to just have an opportunity to speak to an employee. The moral of this story is sometimes you think cheap is better, but it comes at a cost. This cost me my time and sanity and I'm most definitely not coming here again.

I’ve been calling for 20 mins. This location basically stole my money. I ordered here by mistake online. The girl answers the phone like I’m bothering her. Says she can’t cancel gives me the number for delivery even tho it’s pick up and won’t answer the phone anymore.

Poor service! I ordered pizza the day before for a party, they emailed me 15 min before pick up it was canceled. They said they were too busy to make them. It was 1045 am!! You just opened! The manager is ghetto! She got her kids working in there they are disrespectful and just as ghetto as her! They always have long lines and pizza is burnt!!

To start, I never leave bad reviews because overall, fast food is sometimes slow. Here was one of a kind. I ordered two hot and ready pizzas and I don't understand how they took 45 minutes while drive thru was pumping or cars. I'm never coming back here again

Do not waste your time. The wait is outrageous and I don’t understand why so many people wait in line for this place. Even if you’re in the drive thru line they still won’t take your order and will just have the window shut in your face. I happened to order online for pickup so maybe the wait will be less, but I was wrong.I ordered 7:40pm, online said it would be ready at around 8:20, I waited until 8:45pm. Finally I got the email that said it was ready at 9pm. I went up there, THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. They said go to the drive thru, it was 10 cars in that line. There’s only ONE window… So, I wasted my money and my time. I don’t know why a place could be so busy but so understaffed. Is the food that good?
Wish I had followed my mind and practices. I have not eaten at Caesars for well over 10 years. You get what you pay for. They lost my order after waiting. The puffs are all different sizes with more bread than filling. The butter that goes on top was on two but not the others. This was not a pleasant experience.

Absolutely horrible! Waited for a notification from the pizza portal for twenty minutes past the time it was supposed to be done. So I went inside and asked about my order. I then see the employee go to the counter and get my order which was cold by then. I was then told that it has been ready the whole time but never placed in the portal and that there was no way for them to tell me it was ready I have now waited 30 whole minutes waiting for them to remake it. Very rude and unapologetic
