The audacity…. This place is way too expensive for the quality of food they’re serving. Small cheesecakes slices for 11.00 is ridiculous! You should at least make the cake look like the pictures! They were out of flavors and 1 small cupcake is $4.00!. The cake tastes like cornbread and the icing is way too sweet! The actual cheesecake was good!

I have been going to this spot faithfully for two months every week for my weakness, their sweetness, the red velvet cupcake. The cupcakes are not all fancy looking like the last spot I reviewed, just regular degular looking cupcakes but they're moist everytime and taste delicious. I'm from New Orleans so I'm more accustomed to an almond flavored type cake with icing that will make you walk all night snacking and smacking. This spot meets my criteria for consistency in freshness and flavor. Staff has always been courteous and kind to me, no attitudes detected.

I received the worst service!! I ordered a cake 4 days before my birthday. They took my order over the phone, asked what cake I wanted and even what day and time I wanted to pick up. I even called a few days before to confirm my order was in and I was told yes. On the day of my birthday I went to pick up my cake and was told I didn’t have an order. This completely ruined my birthday and management didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience not even a cupcake. They totally ruined my birthday and it’s unacceptable how they didn’t take ownership of their mistake. I was just told they only accept online orders but not once was I told that when calling in. The least they could do is make sure their customers are taken care of. I was just ignored and totally disregarded. Very bad business!! I won’t be going back.

I ordered the brownie (not an end piece) this past Tuesday, July 25th and third time ordering it (consistency observation), it was sort of hard and already not tasty and as if it was not made fresh and days old through close of business Monday and surely not worth $5, maybe 3 ??. It doesn't appear to be made from scratch, I will not purchase again, even the small cut brownies used for ice cream look thicker, darker, and better like a typical brownie. The red velvet cupcakes are moist but also has too much oil in its ingredients. The keylime is good but taste like its a box cake and not homemade (tweaked) as I've made it before. The strawberry cupcake is okay, not the best with the crumbs, still a regular cupcake. There is no consistency on the icing as some days you get enough, some days it is a pee size and already cost $4 ?. Wish they sold cake slices. You never get a response after providing feededback via your receipt link to your phone, although it ask for your email address. I believe that's a different motive to monitor what email addresses leave certain reviews which is a customer right.

The cupcake was good! I love strawberry crunch cake anything lol I just have to have it . It wasn’t much of a crunch it’s a soft crumble as you can see. It was moist and the icing was good taste like a regular strawberry cupcake I give it a 7/10 if it had more or a better crumble it would be 10/10 , I want to try the other flavors ! I’ve tried the candy grapes too I didn’t take a picture ! But they were good the flavor was the best part the grapes didn’t have a crunch though how I’ve seen people on social media they were very sticky and chewy like the Candy part it was hard to chew it wasn’t what I expected but I keep getting them lol they aren’t bad I give them a 7/10 definitely try them !!! The customer service could be better the girl at the front always just seems like she doesn’t want to be there it isn’t that pleasant

Today I visited OvenTreats after not being able to come for awhile and the customer service I experienced was awful. The agent who assisted me is named Anabellie(or something is this sort). At first approach she was unenthusiastic about helping my bf and I. Her attitude was very nonchalant and unwelcoming, which totally goes against the companies reputation. The agent who was working with her came from the back at the end of our transaction and was very welcoming and open to asking us “have we been helped and was there anything else we needed”. Anabellie makes me not want to come back when I’ve been a frequent customer here for years! It wasn’t until I asked her for her name when she opened up and asked if there was anything else we would like and told us she hopes we have a good day…. I was not a pleased customer.

Went here yesterday (6-4-23) , ordered half a dozen of cupcakes, these cupcakes are the bomb...they were so light, fluffy and yummy...the customer service was excellent, the cashier was informed and helped me make great cupcake decision...this was also my first time there....please check them out for all your cupcakes needs.
