Worse customer service ever I paid 60 dollars of food that wasn’t cooked and I been calling store every day to speak to a manager and they hang up and are extremely rude the scallops was not cooked fries was so hard wow burnt and the cooked tomatoes absolutely
My Homie Tay from Browns barbershop told me the food was good. ??????? So I tried the spot. Food is Great.

I purchased two fish dinners, asked for no seasoning on one dinner, they seasoned both. You couldn't tell which fish dinner was grouper and which was catfish, the fish meat taste the same. I believe they're serving the same fish and telling people it is what ever you ordered. Needless to say I threw both dinners in the trash and won't be going: back to SHARKS!! Just wasted thirty dollars.

My first time ever coming to this place and the young lady at the counter wearing the blue mask had a rude attitude but the young man who cooked my food was extremely nice. I ordered whiting fish /w chicken wings and fries. The fish had a strange taste and the fries were greasey and tasted like fish the only thing that tasted decent were the wings. Also the counter girl forgot to give me my coleslaw but I didn't bother to go back to get it because it probably tasted nasty anyway. This place reminds you of JJ's. Im never coming back here ever again!

I placed a call in order and picked up when I got home my daughter told me that her order was wrong. I called back and they were rude like we don’t know catfish from any other fish. Born and raised in Mississippi I know catfish. I will not patronize it ever again.

Honestly Today was the only time I had a horrible situation. I had ordered 20 pc chicken with a drive from Newnan to here it’s about 45 minutes. I went to open my order it was a finger nail in the chicken. I called up there to tell them the lady who answered the phone was nice and understanding it’s the manager who has the attitude problem yelling that his nails ain’t long it ain’t his and I couldn’t get my money back. It was just unprofessional and sickening!

I ordered the 3pc flounder combo but I recieved 3pcs of tilapia instead and my husband order grouper and again he also received tilapia. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT SERVING THE TYPE OF FISH THAT WE ORDER. On top of that 2 of the pcs of tilapia were fried so hard I couldn't eat them. The cheap oil they cook the fish in has a very funny taste. I threw the plate away. BEWARE!!!

I'd visited this location with high hopes due to my like for another location that is out of state. Service was prompt. I ordered grouper plates with a side of okra. The fried okra was delicious. The fish pieces were very small. My biggest complaint is that the fish tasted funny, like it was left out too long and went bad. The fries were nasty. I threw the fish plate in the trash.

Best place for fried wings and shrimps. Overall the whole menu is great. I always go for the shrimps and wings/ jumbo shrimps or their Philly's. And their frozen lemonade is havenly made ??
