Today I went to SkyBox for happy hour (03-24-2024) which is from 4pm-8pm. My friend and I was one of the first in. The server who was also the bartender said she was the only server at the moment. Unacceptable considering they were open since noon. However, I was understandable as to why she was taking a minute. She became flustered and aggravated. Also understandable because she’s the only one. The problem came into place when more people arrived and they were given service before us. I still said nothing, she eventually come and take our orders. It takes over a hr to get food only. I bring it to her attention how I haven’t got my hookah yet. She says “Its still gonna be a minute because I have other stuff to do too”. Now I’m annoyed and ask the manager (a heavy set guy) could I get a hookah because it’s going on 2 hrs. (Still no hookah while I’m typing this at 6pm, Been here since 4) . The manager had a nasty attitude and basically said “we have more servers now, I’ll get you a hookah soon”. My only things is they charge automatic gratuity which is cool but give people the service they deserve if that’s going to be case. DO BETTER SKYBOX! Update hookah came at 6:18pm and server did fix her mistakes.

The atmosphere was wild. We know you 20-30 Gen like to wild out but dang. Not at work. All the post halftime entertainment was done by the staff. Including the manager. This joint was lit!!!! Smoking, drinking, twerking, grinding, and all. I'll have to find an older crowd 2025 Superbowl.

I've ordered from here several times but being inside is another experience! I went for my Auntie's birthday that was Mardi Gras themed. We had a great time!! The margarita and chicken Alfredo with added sausage are always my favorite. Highly recommended, especially for special events like birthdays.
These guys sold me a $26 plate of chicken and shrimp pasta. They put it in a small to go box the size of my hand. The pasta was watery, had 4 piece of shrimp after adding shrimp for $8 and barely had noodles inside. That chef gets ta go and that to go late needs to be replaced with the standard sized plate that it use to come in.

My Server Pri (beautiful chocolate woman) was very respectful, responsive and fast! She asked if everything was okay in a timely fashion and she also gives good recommendations and she’s a beast at making hookahs!!! She’s a gem and I always look for her to service me when she is at the location. Keep up the ?? good job!
