The absolute worst burger I have been served. I received a full refund without question. Even the manager knows their food and shakes are awful. The cashier stated that she does not eat there.

Waited 35 minutes for my food, so i asked for a refund. At no point did anyone, supervisor included, gave me no apologies, no effort to resolve the issue NOTHING. Asked my money back and took them 5 minutes, and still no accountability for it. Just gave me the return recept and walked away. Sadly another person was waiting longer then I did. I never plan on going back to ANY steak n shake

I love the food, but to serve half raw bacon is insane. I thought it was just 1 night, but I came to give it another shot and the same results. I wish I could share a picture. 3rd time, I will pull the manager aside with the food and ask for my money back. I'm pissed.

Thinking about my favorite things and this is one of them. I used to pull up here all the time and sine in and out. This is still a very unique taste and a great burger experience! Favorite things here are a vanilla shake, Cheeseburger patty melt with extra onions and fries. Yummy ? #

The food was horrible. The burgers taste burnt and over cooked. The milkshakes were delicious though.
Had not visited a steak n shake in a long time. The last time I did, th food was not good, so I thought it was me, but I was wrong. It was not me. My steakburger was okay, but I thought u remembered it having a little more taste to it. Taste, flavor one of those, but the most disappointing thing was my shake. I know the taste of the shake was different, is different now.

Maybe they are all like this now but you could only place an order at a Kiosk. Then they only had 1 that took cash and it ate a $20 bill, but didn't give credit for it. They were nice about it, but it took 3 employees and 30 min to get the order placed and then the next person with cash had to order through "drive thru" person without a menu since the cash machine was down. Then, took another about 20-30 min each to receive our orders (we placed 3). Order placed with credit card had no toppings on the burger even though they were individually chosen on the kiosk and included on the receipt. They were nice but seriously lacking on meeting expectations. Then after the wait for fresh food, fries were almost cold for all 3 orders. Best thing we got was a great milkshake.
