Stood in line the guy behind the counter didn't even look up or acknowledge me. After standing there looking at him, i said out loud "he's not even going to acknowledge me" he looked at me and said " I'm trying to make my food for my break" lol lol not even hey someone will be right with you or nothing! Still didn't take me order or anything! I just walked out. As i walked out he watched me long and hard!

There are a few great workers here that really know how to load a sandwich up. Love coming here.

They do not wash their hands before preparing meals, after handling other things like nasty money. The white guy that was there had disgusting black stuff underneath his meal as he was preparing a lady's sub. His presentation was also sloppy. I did not eat here after witnessing them not wash their hands.

I ordered a turkey, meatball and philly cheeseteak online. I went to pickup my order. The employee said we do not have any meatballs. They were out of onions and tomatoes. The bread was stale. This is really sad. I will not be back.

Rude as rude can be. I swear customer service doesn’t exist. She also had no clue how to make a sandwich. I had to ask twice to actually put stuff on my sandwich. Usually when someone says they want onions, they don’t mean 6 little slivers in a line down the middle. Don’t waste your time

Very disappointed your veggies look dry, not flesh. Lettuce was lite brown and tomato look bad. These items suppose to be cut up flesh every day.

This is my second time giving this subway location a second chance the first time I went up the employees closed an hour early and wouldn’t open the door for anybody and just sat there the second time I ordered through the app so I’ll be sure that I got my food when I went to pick up my food it had stuff on my sandwich that I specifically asked not to have on it. I even made sure that I removed it from the sandwich on the app and also put it in the notes, when I went to pick up the sandwich, I saw that it had what I had on it and then told the person that I did ask for it not to have sauce they then decided to try and lecture me about the type of sandwich I ordered even though I’ve been getting the same sandwich for years now and as I explain to her, I know what I got and I did ask for it to have no sauce on it and then the whole time I was there she kept looking at me in a condescending tone, and kept repeatedly trying to tell me that the sauce was basically on there, justifiable because that’s the way the sandwich is made, however this is the same sandwich I’ve been getting for years and I know for a fact that I’m able to remove stuff off of it all in all, every single time I been there. The employees are just rude and act like they hate their job and on top of that because she had to remake my sandwich they didn’t have the bread I want it for my sandwich and then told me they don’t have it because they’re about to close even though it’s only seven.

I rarely get a sandwich here because they have not been very friendly in the past, but I had a coupon that offered two foot long sandwiches for $12.99 and I felt as long as the sandwich is good.... Just to make sure they would honor my coupon when I ordered I held up my coupon so they could see it and said "I'd like to order the two foot long sandwiches for $12.99". The lady preparing the sandwich asked what. I told her wheat bread for the first one and Italia bread for the second one. She grabbed a wheat loaf and asked me Italian with cheese o for the second? I told her, "no cheese, just plain Italian bread". She put the wheat on one wrapper and had bread with cheese on the other. I told her no bread with cheese, just plain Italian bread. She corrected it put ham and provolone cheese on the 1st one and passed it down to the lady putting the toppings on. On the second one it looked like she bologna and salami and was getting the cheese. I asked about the beef, ham, and turkey and pointed to the one on the board. She looked confused and a different person came over prepared the sandwich. As things were already goin slow, the line was getting longer. When I got to the cash register the cashier asked, did you tell her you were using a coupon. I said yes, I even held it up and showed it to her. She then asked the lady whom I ordered it from if I showed her the coupon and she didn't say anything. The cashier said that the Club wasn't valid for the coupon. So I said I wasn't told that, so what will the total be? The cashier said the total was $24.99. I said I'd pay 2 or 3 dollars above the coupon price, and she said that the Subway Club is a $15 sandwich, so the total is $24.99. Damn, we could have gone to the Golden Corral Senior Lunch special for $9.99 each. This was one big debacle, so I wasn't going to negotiate while others waited in line, and I wasn't getting screwed over either. I am not paying $24.99 for two Subway sandwiches. I told her to just keep the sandwiches and I'll get them somewhere else. I left and went to Atlanta Philly Italian Pasta & Subs and got a sandwich so big one sub fed both o us. It'll be a while before I try Subway again, especially this one.

I just don’t understand how a restaurant can claim to be a business trying to make money, yet everyday I walk in there to buy something. They’re out of something. Came in to buy a soda, they were out. Now it’s lunchtime and I’m hungry, they have no meatballs for their subs, they have no Turkey for their subs, and no cups for their drinks. I’d just like to know how this place is even still open? Because everytime I go there they cannot help me because they are out of something simple like Turkey or meatballs. Crrrrrazy. I’d like to speak to the manager of this little hole in the wall because for this store supposedly representing Subway and serving their product. The hell kind of a Restaurant makes it HARDER for their customers to spend money???? STG food service workers are the most useless group of people in the world. 20-30 years from now when they’re all replaced with dutiful robots they’ll wonder why they can’t get employed elsewhere. Pathetic. This is a really badly ran location. Time will tell if I spend my money there. If they EVER get some Turkey maybe. ??

0 stars. Management treats employees like crap! My son was hired at $9.50 an hour. Was sent home because he didn't complete online training (fair enough). Went back to work 2 days later and was fired for going home (when he was sent home)! Re eived his paycheck and was given $4.25 per hour?????
