Don’t know what changed in the last couple of months but this is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve been to when compared to the volume of customers. You place a mobile order ahead of time and still have to wait 10-15 minutes after you get there. Crazy part is they will still forget your sauce

My last experience was fine but like any place it varies. I don't go to this one as much because a lot of women here come with attitude instead of serving you fries. They make a mistake you pay to get what you ordered. I am nice because I know customers are NOT always polite. However, that doesn't sway the attitude here.

Customer service was horrible. As soon as I walked to the counter the young lady at the registered walked off and said she ain’t taking any orders. She just stood behind the register not doing anything and then someone else took my order. The person handling my nuggets wasn’t wearing any gloves. The only positive thing was that my nuggets were hot.

I came to this location even though I’m by 2 other Wendy’s because the reviews were so much better. I came in and received great service ! The woman made sure my food was dropped fresh and was so considerate of the fact that I’m carrying a baby. She was so lovely! I’ll be backkkkk!

Did Uber eats my order was delayed due to another stop the driver had to do but overall my food was still hot but my cheese fries was not that good I can tell they wasn't fresh taste like they redrop them chicken sandwich was good and the burger was good ?
