Ordered the maple bacon chicken sandwich and they gave me the cheap crispy chicken sandwich meat instead of the chicken breast. Never had this happen at any other Wendys, only the one in Jonesboro, Ga on Jonesboro Road next to Sam’s.

I placed a mobile order which did not get filled until 30 minutes after arriving to pickup what was supposed to be ready at 9:15. Orders after I arrived were filled before mine and then I was told there were no frostys available and I couldn't get a refund for that part of my order. The young adults that were at the counter waiting for their order when i arrived seemed to have distracted the entire staff as they giggled and laughed while only focusing on their order. The manager who was a very young adult asked name for my order but never returned. He went back to the drive through and continued filling those orders. Then when I addressed the issue of me not getting a pre placed order the manager responded with non verbal huh or oh. Then the other workers proceeded to try to defend the non chalant behavior of their manager. They were rude, dismissive and just careless. My order was sub par at best. No frostys and no drink because I got water instead of soda. Since they were out of lemonade and the soda machine in the lobby was shooting liquid at the customers. Worst experience by far.
