Didn't eat here so can't really rate but it did look like a dump. Could be a good or bad thing. But I'm not from here and thought it was WNB and asked for a chicken sandwich called not closed on Sunday. It's a different place tho. Lol so don't make my mistake, wings and burger and WNB wings and burger factory

Food is always good. I love the fried rice. Only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine had black stuff in it. When I filled my cup with ice, there was black particles all throughout my cup. Please clean out your ice machine and drink nozzles.

THAT 4 STAR RATING IS MANUFACTURED. I NOTICED EXITING CUSTOMER'S ATTRACTIVE LEMON PEPPER MEAL (LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WAS SUPPLE, THICK, MEATY, COLORFUL & NOT DEHYDRATED). SO THAT IMAGE BATED ME IN FOR FIRST VISIT. I PURCHASED THE SAME (LEMON PEPPER WITH VEGETABLE RICE). THE LEMON PEPPER WAS HARD, THIN, ANOREXIC, DULL & TOTALLY DEHYDRATED. NOT ONLY THE CHICKEN WAS NOT FRESH,MORE IMPORTANTLY, IT SMELLED BAD. I PERCEIVED IT AS A BATE & SWITCH OR SOMEONE IS PICKING WHO GETS BAD FOOD; IF SO, THAT COOK IS NOT SAFE. PUTING OUT THAT LEVEL OF FOOD IS INTENTIONAL. FEMALE CASHIER WAS PLEASANT. I ordered lemon pepper and honey bbq wings with chicken fried rice. I thought it was okay but the wings were baby baby wings and fried so it was a bit dried out. The rice was good but could use some seasoning. The customer service was good and the wait was quick 15min or less but the food was just okay. Golden wings is so much better for wings.

So infuriating you call the store no answer! Pull up to place your order going by their signage and online it shows that it closes at 10!! Get there 9:21 “sorry we closed” yet their open sign still on and their door is unlocked! Like take the time to change your signage and online info ??
