Fries are usually pretty good. Spicy chicken sandwich is more like a spicy bite in the middle of the sandwich. They either drown it or barely touch it...... every time.

I would not be going back to KFC anymore in Nashville Georgia I thought the chicken cook got fired from up there he was on drugs. I left from there and went somewhere else to eat and the other night I wanted chicken from KFC and I saw him up there working still and now I don't want no chicken from up there and I don't think anyone else wants chicken from there also. That's poor services and highly unacceptable.

Went inside to order. The place was very unsanitary, food on the floor behind counter that the help kept stepping over. Help was using bare hands to pick up biscuits to put in bag. A returned order from drive through was put back on tray for resale. After that I walked out and never returned. Management was seriously lacking. I asked for the manager's name and they couldn't give me a name to reference. NOT A HEALTY PLACE TO EAT.

Was there on a Saturday mid-day evening no extra crispy not any wings had to wait on food for 20 so minutes chicken skin was hard mash taters cold biscuit hard didn't even eat it after finding hair in my food but what really was disturbing the manager yelling at employees ,short white lady had a worker in tears ?

I stopped in tonight after a really long hiatus. Let me just say, new management.? Tonight was above and beyond a wonderful experience. Customer service like NEVER before. Everyone was so kind and polite. Very helpful. The food was hot and delicious. Upon, ordering what I wanted I was not told one time I couldn’t have it. Absolutely will add KFC Nashville back to my list of places to stop for eats and good company!

Horrible horrible. Chicken was burnt. Attitude was horrible, sat at the window waiting for them to hand me something for at least three minutes. Looks like the manager handed me my food and when I asked a question, before she could hear me slammed the window in my face, lol. But I'm paying your salary. This is horrible customer service. If you DON’T like your job quit! Numerous items on the menu they did not have and what I usually get they did not offer.

Sloooooooow counter service. Workers don’t pay attention to their customers. No working system. Worker didn’t know the difference between white meat and dark meat pieces. Took almost 30 min to get a really simple order and then it was totally wrong.(
