We ordered food from this Arby's, the food was cold. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold (not sure how that happens). Now on to the 2 burgers we got....they were raw, undercooked and cold?!?! Really how does that happen? If you want food poisoning, go to this restaurant.
Order 2 double beef and cheddar and curly fries 12/5/23.. . Fries were old, and the sandwiches were cold. Tried calling to the store numerous of times no one never answered the phone. Definitely a waste of time and money spent at this location.

The service was very lackluster, and for the first time at Arby's, the food was bad. I ordered their burger, and the bun was hard as a rock, and the burger wasn't done. I returned it for a philly and it was equally bad. We were very disappointed with the meal and the service.

Just got back from getting Arby’s, was told to pull forward their was a wait on an adult 9 piece nugget, we pulled forward a lady brought us our food said it was all in there and sorry for our wait. Glanced in the bag saw the 3 fries on top, believed the lady, got home and the nugget meal was NOT in the bag. They won’t answer the phone, by the time I get back up there they will be closed, at this point I want my money back!!!!! Had they not being talking and been more professional I would have had the food I PAID FOR! Everyone in this world wants what they paid for! This is ridiculous! If you don’t want to work and do your job go home so someone that wants to work can!
