Said they ran out of gloves so they’re closing an hour early. Definitely didn’t run out gloves, they were just lazy and didn’t want to serve us because there was no one else here. Sad to see Barberitos going downhill like this.

Food is always good, here. You get a lot of food and it is hard to finish it all. Try a large quesadilla. You will not regret it.
Visited 10/28/23 6pm. Food was great and so was the young lady that prepared it.The young man at the register was not very friendly and seemed preoccupied with what was on his phone then getting our order rang up correctly. On two separate occasions he lifted his shirt and scratched his armpit after which he handed us our drink cups. His pants were hanging so low you could see his underwear. No one wants to see someone’s underwear while they are trying to eat.

We ordered a fajita dinner, drinks and cookies from the catering service at Barberitos to be delivered. Our group size was 30 people. The delivery was on time, but what was sent was not correct per our order. We should have recieved plates, cups, napkins and Tortillas (flour & corn); however these were all missing. We also received more unsweet tea and less lemonade than ordered. We called the restaurant and they said they couldn't help because it was a catering order that went out before their shift started and asked me to call the manager. I did, the manager had a second delivery sent out which included frozen tortillas, plates and cups. We do not recomend using their catering service.
It’s always dirty, staff has seems to go from bad to worst. Food used to be okay, but it’s gotten worst. Due to staff and location being so dirty I decided to walk out rather than getting food poisoning.

Ordered two different burritos for delivery. They didn't bother labeling so I had to figure out which one was spicy chicken. Then I got to chew on some old rock hard rice and nearly break my teeth. Red salsa was slimy and tasted like it was going bad. Honestly I'm done trying this place. Its just never very good.

We've gone several times because the food is decent compared to a Taco Bell or something but it's the service that has gone down. They had some workers before that were friendly but haven't seen them in a while. The last few times it's been different people each time which is fine but they all had the same attitude of not acting like they want to serve you and never a friendly smile. I'm not head over hills of CFA food but it's the service that makes soooo many people go. I don't get why most fast food places don't get this. I'm not saying I won't go back but it will be a good while... maybe by then another set of employees, and I'm apparently not the only in the reviews complaining about service.

This location is absolutely absurd. 0/10 on customer service on multiple experiences, not just one visit. Absolutely ridiculous, which I hate because I love the food.

We ordered 2 steak burrito bowls through Grub hub, what we got was two containers full of spicy chicken, nothing else (no rice, lettuce, etc). We called and were told to call grub hub, or come to the restaurant for a refund (the purpose of using grub hub was to avoid going to the restaurant), and basically treated like it was our fault. Actually heard one person in the background saying they were out of steak.Grub hub is a decent business and refunded the total amount, cannot say the same about the restaurant. Poor customer service and worse service etiquette.The chicken was dry and we threw it away. Will not ever go to, or order from this place again.
