Was a nice place. sat in the outside area , i got the chicken tacos. They were ok. My coworker got the special that day, Lasagna..he said the plate was hot but the food was cold? Usually, if a place has a very limited menu, all those dishes should be delicious..that was not the case here.. the service was very friendly and attentive.

The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The Cuban sandwich was somewhat dry and bland. The fried catfish was very good, if it hadn't tasted slightly fishy, it would have been excellent. The atmosphere was somewhat spoiled by a group of 4 rather loud white males at the bar talking about how much they loved trump.

Oh my goodness , my chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta was awesome. Olive Garden ain’t got nothing on Joe’s . My service from Ms Jessica , the bartender was everything . She knew her stuff (the menu) , and the chef Mr Willie also came out and introduced himself, this good was everything ! I’m so serious and I love garlic bread extra toasted, I asked they gave . My fiancé had the chicken Philly and he said it was awesome as well . We will be back thanks to the staff

I'm late posting this, but here goes. The hubby and I stopped in for an early dinner. The place is a little on the small side, but the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Staff was friendly and professional. I got the steak, and hubby got the salmon. Veggies were bland but easy fix with salt and pepper. The food was good. We left feeling full but not stuffed, which is just how we like it. I just think the portions are too small for the price, but overall, we will go again. I'm looking forward to trying other menu options because everything looked and smelled pretty good that I saw coming out of the kitchen. I even heard they have live music on certain nights, so I'm looking forward to catching that.
Felt really bad for the 1 server that was working the entire restarant on a Saturday night at 6:30pm by herself. She looked completely overwhelmed yet managed to take care of the entire restaurant on her own. 5 stars because of her.

The ambiance and service were above board and our server was a very pleasant person. With that being said for $27 the crab cakes should be hand made, fresh and not frozen. The mahi mahi was ok yet lacking flavor. Broccoli was lightly steamed and not seasoned. The side salad was the bright spot, fresh, well made with variety and the dressing was excellent, however, a nice salad isn’t enough to validate a return visit for a $75.00 meal.

This was my first visit to Big Joe's and it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience from start to finish. First, the manager was very involved in making sure all the customers my were seated promptly and did not have to wait unnecessarily. Second, our server/bartender Rob was on point with his service and friendliness. Lastly, the food was excellent.

We had the best experience at Big Joe’s! We were traveling with our dog and staying the night in Newnan. They welcomed us and our pup on the heated patio. The food was FANTASTIC! The chef came to speak with us and thank us for our visit and our server Stefanee was the best! We highly recommend for anyone in the Newnan area ?
