The biscuits we ordered came quick to the table but were so GREASY or BUTTERY they just fell apart around the chicken patty we were trying to eat them with. The tater tots were GREASY as well so needless to say I did NOT eat much of anything I paid for here. It was a clean restaurant with good service though and the coffee was good.

Everything is always good.. only detail is when ordering large fries ,i get medium in a large container ? ..besides from that.. everything is always good. I have 5 kids so we always order big ..
For me it is one of the best restaurants in the United States. The staff are always polite and the food is great. I think the cow advertisement suggesting eating more chicken is really cool.Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant and feels good about being served safely.

Haven’t had great luck with this Chick-fil-A. Just got home with my order and the fries were extremely soggy and gross. And they gave me the wrong milkshake (complete with someone else’s name and car description on the sticker). My fault for not checking I guess, but you expect the best from Chick-fil-A. This location needs improvement.

This Chick-fil-A was the very first location we stopped at for a quick bite after several hours of traveling.We landed in Atlanta, GA just earlier that morning after flying from California. On route towards Columbus, GA, hunger had set in and we all really could use a bite.This location was coming up ahead on our route south, so once we arrived, we parked and attempted to place our order via their website. We were a large traveling party of 10 in an oversized vehicle, so it was just simpler this way. Upon mobile checkout, the transaction errored out and didn't submit, yet the charge is now pending on my CC account.Worried, I went inside to try and confirm if my large order had gone through. The young lady at the counter went around the corner and called for Austin for assistance.Here is when our experience really shined.Austin went out of his way to clarify the transaction, and that it won't be charged since the order never completed onto their system. He also took the time to retake our large order, making sure we communicated everything we wanted.Within a short time after (no exaggerations), our order was personally handed over to us by Austin. Who then made conversation with us, seeing that we were traveling. Got to know him and Chick-fil-A a bit better, and before we went our separate ways, he also threw in a few points of interest we might find worth a visit.Stating so, I do hope Austin sees this.I am greatly appreciative of your efforts and professionalism.We were all stressed out (and hangry) from traveling and experiencing your kindness and clarity really helped us unwind over a very needed hot lunch. Thank you sir and God Bless!

Never have had a problem with any of my orders until tonight. Went thru the drive thru ordered a 10 pc nugget meal for my granddaughter and as we got on the road she opened it and had 4 chicken tenders instead. Was in a hurry so I couldn’t go back. She was disappointed but ate them anyway.
