I recently had a disappointing experience at Cold Stone in Newnan. Unfortunately, the ice cream I purchased there left me & my mother with food poisoning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure the well-being of their customers in the future.

Came here with some friends. The staff on duty (Hope B. according to the receipt) was very nice and patient. Even after I got my shake, I saw a flavor I wanted to try. She happily let me sample the Hot Mike flavor. I got the peanut butter shake and it was very sweet but quite tasty. My friends got the ice cream where the staff mixes it with toppings. Always cool to watch that.The store is small and quaint and seemed very clean. A nice experience and would definitely come here again! Thank you Hope!Unfortunately, didn’t snap pictures of our desserts but a receipt! Haha

Walked around 7:57 without knowing they closed at 8pm. The two ladies behind the counter served us happily despite this. After realizing we were every food workers nightmare, we felt horrible. But the two ladies working tonight had great composure and customer service, will definitely be back way before they close next time!

I called to check on my cake and turns out someone put the wrong date so it was never made and the girl I spoke with sounded like she didn’t even try to pretend to care. She made one smart comment that i didn’t appreciate when I was being nicer than I could have. She said in a rude tone” I’m not the one that took the order “. Which I understand but she didn’t have to sound so rude and give such terrible customer service.

They are absolutely ridiculous! I did an Ubereats order at this establishment and ordered two mid sized desserts. They sent two small sized and tried to hide it in a mid sized cup. I didn't get reimbursed for the cost I was cheated out of. DO NOT do a delivery order with this place. They are crooks!

A bunch of lazy teenagers running this place. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. We get to the front at 8:45pm. My son orders his with mix ins. Then she asks me and tells me “ I’m sorry, we aren’t doing mix in’s anymore. When the music turns off we stop mix ins and his was the last one.” Very unprofessional. And then my 2 year old daughter was crying because she couldn’t get hers. Atleast finish our order when we had been standing in line for 15 minutes and it was only 8:45! They close at 9! We called the store after and they said they turn the cold block off 30 minutes prior to close and they can’t do mix ins anymore after it is off. A bunch of lazy unprofessional teenagers that don’t want to do their job and want to leave right at 9 when it closes. Corporate has been contacted and this location needs real Managment.

They were out of small cups so they couldn't put your one scoop in a bigger cup without charging you for double. Does that make sense to you? Guess that's what you get when a bunch of kids are in charge.

Very poor service. July 4th 2023. You cant have 2 separate flavors with different toppings in one cone....I've had it done before, for years actually.And the cone was not crispy. Felt like I was eating stale bread.
Service wasn't great, I felt a bit awkward standing there when they served the rest of my party, but didn't say anything to me. They were out of dipped cones and I am unsure if they could have offered to dip one or not, I think think they make them in store, so I was thinking it wouldn't be too hard, but it might be more involved a process than I think or they could have been out of chocolate or something. The ice cream isn't bad, but when you pay $10 for a bowl of ice cream and you can't get a cup of water that seems a little ridiculous. They will sell you a bottle of water for some obscene amount of money though.

I love the fact that they have a dairy free option now. Its is chocolate icecream made with Silk(soy) Milk. Enjoyed my silk shake today!!!
