This is the worst location of crumbl. Probably ever. They always keep their open sigh off after 7 even though they close at 10, I guess in hopes that they won’t have to actually do their jobs. They’re usually always out of something. And today when I went in, me and my family were really taken aback at the way the young man making the cookies had his pants literally almost at his knees, underwear disgustingly exposed. Who wants someone like that to make their cookies???

Wish I had my tip back for worst service ever! Ordered online and when arrived, they weren't ready. They said 10 minutes. Went back after 15 minutes and then oh...7 more minutes. Went back in 15 and it took them 10 min. to look at me. AND THEN they didnt even have all the types I ordered. That was the reason for the original wait. Most terrible and apathetic service. Employees obviously did NOT care. All in over 45 minutes and still didnt get what I orderd. Since they didnt care about the customer, I will not be back. Good luck with a hot, long wait and not getting what you ordered. No wonder they pressure you into tipping before the service!

They kept telling us it would be 15 more minutes, then 10 more minutes. Then, they didn’t even have all of the cookies that we ordered! It was absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered curbside and the store stated I didn't. After I checked in on the app. I went in and the store was busy. My cookie was cold and lacked flavoring.
