Just went through drive thr. When I was at the window ,cashier took my phone to scan for rewards. Rewards wouldn't come off. Cashier didn't know what to do next. A young lady came to assist him. Mind you they still had my phone in their possession. Scrolls on my phone then rewards was no longer there. When confronted her to not scroll off site and told to disregard item, she rudely pushed phone back in hand. We pulled around to get her name and speak to management she stated she was management and said we didn't need to k ow her name. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone. It's no wonder this place has bad reviews and no one at this place inside or in drive thru. Glad we did not spend $70 on this establishment.

These people up here have the combined IQ score of a squirrel. I ordered two things. A moolatte and one dr pepper/pibb. I had to give the lady my phone # around 8 times for her to put it in for my points and low and behold the drink was actually a coke. I don’t even know how you could mess that up. The coke wasn’t even good. Tasted like straight syrup and like they don’t clean their soda nozzles. I always have such a hard time ordering the simplest things up here.

In Peachtree City, asked for a Blizzard with Chocolate Ice Cream; they said they do not carry chocolate ice cream. Are you kidding me? Left there and went to DQ in Sharpsburg. They carry Chocolate!

After a few minutes of waiting my husband just drove away. If they were busy we'd totally understand. If they offered some explanation, we'd be understanding. But they weren't busy and they didn't explain the extenuating circumstance that necessitated a long wait. Bad service. Try Bruster's nearby- they have good service and great ice cream!

My daughter has a peanut allergy. We ordered an m &m blizzard. We were given a peanut butter blizzard. Thank god she can smell a peanut from a mile away. We brought it to the attention of management and they told us if she broke out let them know. My daughter doesn’t break out she vomits and has an anaphylactic response. Way to step up for such a grave error.

This was the worst experience we’ve had including an employee in the drive thru that was talking about a customer that said they would go somewhere else because they didn’t have peanut butter parfait she said she can go the f*** somewhere else deuces. Where we could hear in the drive thru. The behavior was disgusting and you shouldn’t allow people like that to work in your establishment.
