I have seen a ton of reviews of this dunkin of people who had one bad experience and decided to blast it all over google. That hurts a business and it is pure entitlement.SO here’s a real, honest review from a real customer :)This dunkin is BY FAR my absolute favorite dunkin to go to - and it is 30 minutes from my house. I have had maybe two bad experiences out of the hundreds of times that I have gone - and that’s literally okay. It did not ruin my day.The workers there are the sweetest people. They apologize when they’re on edge and they always make sure I am taken good care of. The workers also cut up with one another WHILE they work and that just makes the experience 10x better.I could share several personal experiences, but for right now, I just wanted to give this dunkin the positivity they need because they truly deserve it!4/3/2024

Reliably good coffee (consistently) that doesn’t break the bank and doesn’t involve crowds of folk surfing the web and sitting around for hours!Parking: Delighted to be able to enter and exit onto Roswell Rd at a super convenient traffic light!!

I would vote 0 stars if I could. Don’t come to this Dunkin Donuts unless you want Step to argue with you about how you want your coffee made, and argue so much that she forgets half of your order, making you drive back for the other half. Not everyone knows whats the difference is between every single coffee and I sure didn’t! I asked very nicely first off to just have black coffee added to my drink because I don’t like milky drinks. I understand ordered a macchiato but I didn’t understand exactly what I was ordering because I was rushing and just wanted to get a coffee in me. Step proceeds to lecture me on not knowing the differences between the coffees on the menu and refuses to add black coffee to my drink because it has “espresso”. I didn’t want more espresso added, I just wanted coffee added. That was a huge issue for her as she proceeded to argue with me, so much so that I didn’t receive two breakfast sandwich’s, and didn’t give me all the munchkins I paid for! I I used to work at Dunkin Donuts and this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin’ Donuts.
I'm so annoyed. I ordered 2 drinks a dounut and a sausage egg and cheese croissant and then when I get to the window I realize I forgot my food so I ask her if she can please add a bagle with cream cheese and she said "no I can't we are to busy"....well excuse me for coming and ordering from yall (there's not even one person inside and Noone at the window behind us) so Def not busy. Like tell me you are just lazy and don't want to. Obviously Noone is inside. Needless to say my donut tastes like it's from 3 days ago and it's like rubber. And my coffee is horrible. So anyways lost a customer who comes at least 4 times a week.

Terrible! I had to park and wait for my food even though I ordered ahead. Then when I got my order it was cold, didn’t have the egg on it, and was not melted. It was just a croissant and cheese! The girl that brought it out to me didn’t say anything and was very rude. Then when I circled around to get my order corrected all I got was an eye roll.
