Earlier this year when we tried to go to this place, they were closed. When we tried to open the door, someone came out to tell us they would reopen soon. Well, there open now, and it's kinda cute inside. I think they may have just reopened because the 2 staff members seemed to be trying to figure out how the billing machine worked. No worries though, they were pleasant and I didn't mind waiting. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito ( of course lol), and it was pretty good. Only downside is that they put rice in it, but the flavor was there. This place is right up the street from me, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the other items on the menu.

My wife and I have been visiting Mexico for fifty years now. We love the country, the people, and especially the food. I was told that El Taquito had the most authentic Mexican food in, or near Newnan. So, yesterday, we put this to test. El Taquito passed with flying colors. My wife had tacos de pollo. I had a carne asada burrito and a pork tamale. My wife enjoyed the tacos. A minor complaint was the corn tortillas tended to crumble. My burrito was excellent, especially the carne asada inside. The pork tamale was one of the best I have ever had, and, I have had many. I can’t wait to go back to try some of the other delicious sounding dishes.

I love love love coming to this spot !!! I love ordering seafood & beef as well. The birria quesa tacos are bomb but i feel like they are a little over priced for the amount of broth they give you on the side is really really small almost none . I'll be back

The best authentic burrito around!!! Pretty fast service. Has become a weekly occurrence for my husband and when we're in town and need to pick up a quick dinner!
Service is awful & they forgot to put half our food in the bag and still wanted to charge when we came back to get the rest of the food.

I moved from California here to Newnan 2 years ago and have missed GOOD, authentic Mexican food since. I found this less than a week ago and will be going back today for the 3rd time. I've only gotten carne asada tacos so far, but I can't wait to try more. I believe that since we live in America, "land of the free" we can all make our own decisions on if we wear a mask or not. Maybe just stay in next time if you are too scared to be in public where people are choosing to not wear a mask. As for me, I'm excited to go into an establishment that feels normal. THANK YOU

decent food but I don't feel safe eating here because no one wears a mask and the waiters and cooks talk to you about the food for God's sake we are in a pandemic and safety and protection is the most important thing please change so that your good comments grow!!
