came here on a weekday, there were 4 employees behind the counter and like 6 people sitting at tables waiting on food, took over 10 minutes for the first person waiting to get their food and i’ve been waiting 30 minutes to get my order. and no, there were no online/doordash orders going out in the meantime causing the slow down. UPDATE, still don’t have my food

Terrible service. No meat on my sub took 25 minutes for them to make my order. Was told food would be ready at 630. This is just poorly run. No work ethic. Four people at work only one is making sandwhiches the rest and standing around watching. Ridiculous.When a customer approached the counter to ask if there was a manager on site they were met with a hostile and rude response from the person who was supposed to be a manager. Stating Im not going to argue with you sir and we can only do what we can. Yet no one was working effeciently. Just sad. No work ethic no respect nothing.

First of all I just want to say that I would not recommend this firehouse subs location in particular to ANYONE !!! The way that I was treated last night , March 8th,2024 was just outright despicable!! THE SERVICE: HORRIBLE!! THE MANAGEMENT: HORRIBLE!! I WAITED 1 hr for my food was offered a refund then they decided they couldn’t do anymore refunds for the day so they made the sandwich , layed it on the counter and said here you go ! It was the young lady with dreads she’s a manager I guess. The sandwiches are too pricey for the customer service to be this bad !! DO BETTER !

This is my second visit in 2 months I have gone to this location only to disappointment.The same young adult manager female is so unpleasant all you hear is her complaining about co workers and equipment not working appropriately, who should be at work driving from Conyers, how one of the young men was new and wasn’t listening to her! She had 4 people working and it took over 30 minutes for a sandwich. I sat and watched how uncomfortable the patrons were while patiently waiting for their food as well. After not being able to wait any longer I kindly asked for a refund bc I had waited way too which she rudely said “you only been waiting 20 minutes and she tried to put my refund on a card which I informed her if she looked at my receipt it clearly show I paid with cash. After going back and forth rudely she gave me my money back and as I walked out she stated “ I hate customers like that” this place used to always be my favorite sandwich place and has consistently gone down in customer service. FYI I went straight to Jersey Mike’s warm welcoming and proficient customer service and was busier and received my food within 10 minutes.. Horrible experience ever. I will not visit this location no thank you my time and money is more valuable than this.

I literally might die before they finish making 2 subs...??This store is filthy...every single customer has been waiting at least 15 minutes to get their food. Whole store is nasty and the employee's attitude completely sucks.My 90% bread sub was awesome! ??Avoid. Spend your money elsewhere.
We love their Italian subs. We purchase those on a regular basis. I gave them a 4 on service from 1 experience. I waited 20 minutes in the shop past the time my food was to be ready. 1 trainee was making all the sandwiches while the other 3 did not. I of 3 was training the other 2, I am not sure. With so many people waiting, they should have all gotten it done!

Why does firehouse take so long to prepare an order??? I ordered a turkey sub, only person in the restaurant, went to restroom, got my chips, my water and waited, and waited and waited. 5 employees, all moving in super slow motion! Finally a sandwich , took over 7-10 minutes. All meat was on open side falling out. Quality was good not great. My second trip in Newnan and 1 in LaGrange. I won’t come back

Took an exceedingly long time just to be missing ingredients. Also, there was barely any meat on the sandwich compared to the same sandwich at other locations. This location has quality issues I have not experienced at other Firehouses. Will not be coming back here.
