I don't usually post reviews, but Hunter at the Newnan Hungry Howie's deserves accolades. The store was extremely busy in the middle of a shift change this afternoon and Hunter (I think was his name) was hustling to get people in and out quickly, in a super professional manner. His customer service skills are, by far, the *BEST* I've seen at this location and he deserves recognition for it. I watched him interact with two customers during the rush that must frequent there often, because he knew what they wanted to order both times.I own another small business in town, so I tend to look for exceptional customer service behaviors from customer-facing employees when I'm out and about. Whatever it is, Hunter's got it. If he's not a shift lead or manager already, he should be.

Hungry Howie's has always had great pizza and continues to impress. IMO, this is the best "fast food" pizza available and beats some pizzerias as well.

This is one of the BEST locations. I stopped by tonight after I initiated to make an online payment that somehow didnt show in the system nor did our order. The manager and I tried to figure out what went wrong. The customer service was outstanding. Long story short we figured it out and I left with a blessing for our wait. Thank you and I will most definitely pay it forward by blessing someone else. God was certainly in the midst of this!

Hungry Howie’s made our daughter’s birthday party extra special and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised.Definitely recommend!

Let me be clear. The food at our local Hungry Howies is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Not once in my last 5-6 orders has it been correct. While i don't expect perfection, it would be nice if they got my order right more times than not! A couple of times I received regular garlic bread instead of the 3 cheeser Howie bread. Sauces are regularly left off and tonight (2/23/24) my wife picked up our order only to arrive home and discover the wings we ordered had been left off! Also, the quoted time on orders is never right, as more times than not I find myself waiting at the store for an additional 15-20 minutes. Perhaps the most disappointing thing is the staff seems to not care one bit when informed of the mishaps and not once offered an apology. Then again, we keep coming back for some reason, so I suppose we should be blaming ourselves.

Pizza was delicious...after they remade it, and the cheese sticks. Probably would have had to remake our drinks if we ordered them, and those come pre-bottled. They were messing up consistently and didn't seem to care, took us an hour to get a medium pizza and cheese sticks. Might go back if I feel like some good old fashioned mistreatment in exchange for some great pizza; probably not though.

Normally I have a really great experience here. Not tonight. Placed an order and after waiting for 45 minutes, the two large pepperoni pizzas had not been made. I observed a young guy with brown hair, wearing a black hat working and not very hygienic. He was touching his clothes, scratching his head and face, bringing boxes from the cooler and not once did he stop and wash his hands. They don’t wear gloves which is fine if they keep washing their hands constantly which they don’t. I advised one of the other workers because the manager was busy but he still did not wash his hands. I ended up canceling my order. Disgusting.

I ordered a small pizza and ranch cup at 7:35. Received an email that my pizza would be delivered within 45 minutes. At 8:35 I called to see if my pizza was on the way. The guy said the delivery driver was on the way back and would deliver to me first. I asked if my pizza could be remade since it had been sitting for an hour and the guy hesitated but said they would remake it. My pizza did not arrive until 9 pm. They sent me a cold pizza and did not deliver my ranch but still charged me for this. I also ordered flavored crust but they failed to do that as well. I am extremely disappointed and will never order delivery from this location again.
