Being from Newnan, this is the OG Kroger and the location that started my love affair with the grocery store. This Kroger is located in between downtown Newnan and Ashley Park (New Newnan) and sits in the shopping center that used to hold KMart, Hastings and a variety local spots, but now houses Roses, Aaron's and Ollie's. While I love this Kroger, I will say that it is in need of some updates and a good facelift. Everything in this location is about original and you can tell. The staff does a decent job of keeping it clean, but at this point, it's putting lipstick on a pig. While it is smaller than most newer locations, I don't have any issues finding what I am after. Service is hit and miss, just like most retail spots today. They always have a few actual lines open in addition to self check-out, so waits are never too long. In addition to the store, the pharmacy is excellent. My parents have used the pharmacy for decades, and all the team are beyond nice, on first name basis with them and are beyond helpful. I appreciate the pharmacy team a lot for taking care of my parents all these years! Overall, this Kroger holds a special place in my grocery store heart. Can it be improved? Yeah. But is it a terrible spot? Absolutely not!

Worst Kroger in the county if not the state. Employees have NO work ethic and go out of their way to avoid assisting customers. Tonight my husband and I filled a cart full of snacks and drinks for the high school swim team we coach. 5 employees were standing at 1 register and refused to check us out and directed us to self checkout. After the third time we had to stop scanning for some error. We left the two carts for them to put back and told them we were going to Publix. We should have gone there from the start. Downtown Newnan deserves better than the likes of that awful store. AVOID IT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!

I will never never go to that Korger ever again. Due there being expired milk in the refrigerator also rotted cheese and let me not even get started on the restroom I as soon I walked in I just here ladies talking about injecting theirselves who knows with what but I will never go to that korger !!!!!!!!!!!

This Kroger was the nastiest store I have ever been to. All the vegetables were old and starting to rot. The family packs of steaks were brown. The self check out scanner was not working correctly. It definitely needs better management. Come on Kroger do better!! This used to be a pleasant place to shop.

Why is the Kroger @ Lower Fayetteville always short on cashiers? The lines are 6-8 customers deep (even in the self-checkout) & not all lanes are open. WTH is going on @ Kroger???

I like Kroger as well as any other Super Market, HOWEVER, their prices r far 2 high (much like Publix)! I just think that if ur gonna charge more than u shld, ur fruits & veggies shld b fresher & btr displayed. Also, find out wut ur customers want & place it n ur store... just a thought

Do not sign up for Kroger yearly subscription We signed up to be able to get free grocery delivery We ordered 3 times, the 3rd time I looked at my receipt and saw that my bill was over $100 and I only ordered $40 worth of food I received the items I have ordered minus 2 that were out of stock, but the person that did the shopping marked all items out of stock and substituted different items ( after I marked no substitution) and purchased all junk food that we don’t even eat or received, like I said we got the items I ordered but not the other items that were on the receipt, I also had two charges on my card one for $37 ( that was the stuff I ordered ) and one for $65 that matched other items on receipt that I never got. After that I checked my other receipts from previous orders and on my first there was a item that I didn’t order or received but paid for, so 2 out of 3 orders I got screwed on with the last one taking the cake. I contacted Kroger several times with really no answer or result So basically Kroger stewed me out of about $200 So be careful using their service beyond going to the store yourself

Pharmacy inside takes forever to take your meds. When u try to use a goldrx coupon the lady working the cash register rolls her eyes at you and acts like you are inconvenience them. Very unprofessional and not friendly AT ALL
So... I do not recommend anyone to shop in Newnan. Specifically fruits and veggies. This is not the first time I have gotten rotten or punctured food, but it is always immediately the day after I have noticed that I can not eat it because it is either rotten or bad from purchase. If you have other areas, I would recommend them to other people. It seems like since CO-VID 19, this area has not been doing so great.

So I don't know how many of y'all go to the old Kroger gas station but I am here to tell you the cashier Jeff that works up there is just absolutely horrible he has the biggest attitude I've talked to a few other women and they've had similar problems with him from the tone of his voice to his attitude to rolling his eyes my fiance and other guys have had no problems he cards me everytime and I'm there and I go everyday but the few times I've sent my fiance up there he hasn't been carded not even once plus there is absolutely no reason no reason at all as a cashier to call my cigarettes cancer sticks I know they're not good for me but that is my buissness its my money not his I talked with a kroger manager tonight but I don't feel like he even listened to me other people have complained and he's still there all the time I don't know if they just dont care or they just dont see it but I'm here to tell you no one like him needs to be working customer service especially being the front face of the company sorry for the rant don't know where else to go with it (I copy and pasted my post in chatty newnan women to here i feel like more people should be aware i will be calling cooperate in the morning)

Hands down, the very best gluten free bread (and buns) to be found anywhere! I never realized how much the other gf breads I have tried tasted like sawdust until I took a bite of Pure Knead. If you must eat gluten free like me, you owe it to yourself to take a taste. It says it is made in Georgia, but I think it is made in Heaven! I wish they had a location near Nashville Tennessee where I live. God bless this company!

Our family has tried every gluten free bread out there and Pure Knead is by FAR the best!! Their sandwich bread and burger buns are absolutely awesome! I just wish more stores carried these products. Great job!!
