I ordered online 2 cheese stuff pretzel crust pizzas. When I got there I checked to see if they were right because last time they weren't and I was already home. I pointed out that the crust wasn't pretzel and had no pretzel salt on them. He said sorry we'll remake it for you give us 5-10 minutes. I come back after 10+ minutes to the very same pizzas. The excuse was it's because they were made with pizza sauce not cheese sauce, like that has anything to do with how the crust looks. I noticed that the crust still didn't have the pretzel salt so he apologized again and took it to the back where they smothered the crust with garlic butter and threw some salt on top. At this point I didn't want to argue and it looked like they were busy so I left with my cold pizzas. Why lie to me and pawn off old premade cheese stuffed crazy bread pizzas instead of simply telling me you're out of the cheese stuffed pretzel pizzas? Just upset that they made me wait 10+ minutes for the same pizzas that were never remade. Pizza tasted good but wasn't hot.

Delivery or pickup only. Fast service, efficient staff and good customer service for the most part. They make some of their pizzas ahead so you can get a hot pizza to go instantly. We've had their pizzas and wings and the food was good. Good prices too. I would recommend.

The pizza is terrible. I ended up with food poisoning because of uncooked dough and the sauce tasted old. The service is what it is. The ambiance? It's located in a gas station. Do not eat here off of Lafayette Rd. in Lagrange. Absolute trash!!
Manager very unprofessional and rude calling customers names even when the customer didnt even yell at her! and refusing to give us our pizza after we ordered online and paid for it! Said it was our fault they didn't have something we ordered and voided my entire order!!!! Then proceeded to tell me she was going to have me arrested for trespassing? VERY RUDE, HORRIBLE manager named Mellisa who refused to give me her full name for corporate and refused to give me corprates number and refused to give us the food we paid for!!!!! do NOT go here!!! If I could leave no stars I would! I will NEVER spend my money here again! Be warned!!

3 times in 3 weeks they can’t make the order!! What’s the purpose of ordering online w the app when the store doesn’t even see it nor make it until you come at the end of the window to pick it up. The people here don’t care either just kinda shrug the shoulders and make excuses.
