Haven't ordered from Marcos in months because pizza is always cold and i live 2 miles from lication but thought I would try them again and it happened again. Plus I order well done and extra cheese and neither was on this order. I've learned my lesson...finally.

I placed a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 11:20am I showed up at 11:25am and they didn't even make it. After waiting 20 minutes I came back in they forgot my wings so I had to wait another 8 minutes. So after placing a mobile order and waiting 30 minutes there was not one apology or acknowledgment of the issue at all. Once I open my pizza you could see it was cut in a rush, I no longer wanted to wait so I just left.
I previously had an issue with the service I received at Marcos. After speaking with them they completely resolved the issue and my experience after was pleasant. Would highly recommend them for the service and of course the pizza.

Took over an hour to get me a single pizza when the store if a five minute drive. Cooking alone somehow took 30 to 40 minutes. A five minute drive turned into thirty. The pizza wasn't even warm. Don't bother getting anything from here if you can't go pick it up yourself.

This was a walk-in order. I was greeted right away. The staff in back seemed to be working well and efficiently together. I was quoted 15 minutes and my order was ready within that time. Both pizzas were put together and baked well and quite tasty. A plus is they were cut all the way through, making it easy to pull the pieces apart.
