I went after work literally 8 minutes before they closed and let me tell you !!! BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced especially in a fast food environment!! Shout out to the 2 people working 4/18 !!

A lot to be desired from this location, they can’t even give you the sauces you ordered. In addition to not getting the items you order they fill your drink up and close it with half the container being foam so once it settles you’re left with a half filled drink container.In conclusion even with a bad review, in my opinion the owner ought to sale the franchise as they clearly don’t care for customer service.

Mostly kiosk orders, but they do man the cash register. Very clean and recently renovated. Service was slow and the order was wrong, but employees were very nice and corrected the issue quickly.

We ordered some Double Big Macs for the family. Three of them only had 3 patties instead of 4. We called about it, they said that we can come in the next day and get either a refund or our properly sized Double Big Macs. When we went back in to get our Big Macs, we caught a lot of grief because we didn't bring the other burgers in to show them. We didn't bring them in because the kids were hungry and that's all we had to eat for that evening. I had a picture of the burgers, but that wasn't going to be good enough. They said we were "lucky" to be able to get our burgers. They will be "lucky" if we ever go back to this McDonald's again.To make it worse, the replacement Double Big Macs that we ordered were on stale buns. It tasted like they had been sitting around all day. The additional fries that we ordered were raw and un cooked. They were fried just enough to not be frozen. We had to air fry them for 30 minutes to get them to the point they were edible. By then, the burgers were extremely stale.I should only give 1 star because of the grief and attitude that we got, but I'm giving 2 because they actually gave us our burgers. (That were stale and not good, but we needed to eat something).

We stopped by this Mc’Donalds and we ordered 2 SWEET teas, 10 pc chicken nugget, and #7. They gave us the sweet teas but they were unsweetened, when we got the chicken nuggets we reminded them that we needed honey mustard and the lady was having an attitude about it. The bottom buns on the #7 were rock hard and burnt, the cheese was still cold, We didn’t get any straws the first time so we asked for straws and she only gave us 1. Would not recommend going to this Mc’Donalds and I hope they do something about this issue.
