Stopped her to eat. Ordered my food, noticed that it was extremely cold and the noodles for the chow mein were so cold they were sticky. I told the lady that claimed was the manager that I did not want the food, explained why as well, and would like a refund. She told me there was no way she could refund me my money. I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years that is not true. The cashier was extremely rude and asked me what was wrong I couldn’t afford 12 dollars. Like what kind of customer service is that. How RUDE. So needless to say I left without my 12 dollars and no food. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. What a horrible establishment!

Just because it's a delivery order doesn't mean you can throw just anything into the box and call it filled. Either your staff are grossly negligent, or they can't tell Kung Pao chicken from orange chicken, nor broccoli beef from Beijing beef.

I just started to visit this location after my wife told me about it. The food is always fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service. Must try that walnut shrimp mmmmm. And that mushroom chicken wow.
More than once, when ordering the Teriyaki Chicken, they have left out the teriyaki sauce that is supposed to come with the meal. And you can't fill out the survey on the website about your experience because they leave out the receipt that has important information that is required to be able to do the survey. Hence, I'm giving this review. Leaving the sauce out one time? I can understand that it happens. Leaving the sauce out multiple times? That is poor customer service.

Ordered a bowl with teriyaki chicken and chow mein, and also crab Rangoon . Chicken is very fatty, chow mein is dry, and all the food is very bland. Quality was overall just really bad. Not worth the money I paid.

I am a repeating customer here and I order the same thing, Beijing beef, chow mein, orange chicken, and rice. I come around to Panda Express on 2/23/2024 and I get my food and head home. I’m at home and open my box and I eat the Beijing beef first and it was nasty. I chew it and it crunchy and hard and rubbery.

This store is deliberately giving customers VERY SMALL PORTIONS. They are even stingy with the white rice! They do this to save money and not have to cook more food while the Chinese ladies just sit around chatting and playing on their phones.
