Just ordered pizza for me & my family & after eating one slice we were all throwing up & running for the toilet running from both ends of our bodies. I work in food safety so either they are using expired product or proper food safety measures are not being met .

Order from here, and if you don't order a basic pizza do not expect it to be right.Not only was my order wrong, the manager acted perturbed that instead of a credit I wanted what I ordered originally. This was only made worse by the 2nd, replacement order was also wrong. The order that I entered into the website had the wrong ingredients, twice in the same night.Accidents happen, but sometimes it's just not paying attention to the little things, and those little things matter, and add up.

The food is of course amazing as I love pizza, they have a reward system that, while it won't make every pizza free, you earn points and you can get a pizza or a side or something free once you have enough points, or you can get discounts.
I had an interview for Monday June 24 at 2:30pm and I had went in ten minutes before as I was raised to be early to interviews. I then waited until 2:41pm for one of the managers to come over to me just to get my information to pass along to the GM. No actual interview or even a handshake, they can't say they were busy as only one order came in at that time. Then I learned that they are only paying eight an hour for crew members. No wonder they aren't actual doing interviews, they just need bodies. It was extremely rude of them to not even try and interview me!

Take Out Order on 6/23/2023:The NY Style pizza is a HUGE disappointment! Crust is too thick and doesn't look anything like the advertised NY Pizza we see in the Papa John's TV Advertisement. The crust was dry. overcooked, and tasteless.Unfortunately, we were So Looking forward to this pizza BUT will not order it again!In all fairness, we did not call the manager to report this, though we should have. It will be a while before we return to this location.

I ordered a pizza and they couldn't tell me where it was as it was running late. I then drove to go pick it up and while I was there at the store it was being delivered. It was Ice Cold. Nothing was offered for my issues. Pizza hut for now on. Good thing I have a microwave.
Delivery is always sketchy...Pizza is about average but it is brought to your door...

Absolutely terribly managed place! Do yourself a favor and never order from this Papa John’s! They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their employees, and their customer service is terrible! Don’t give them your business!

Pizza taste fine, however it came cold and over 25 minutes late. Tried calling the store multiple times just to get a rough ETA, and no one ever answers the phone. This is not the first time this has happened so I now feel compelled to leave a review. Don't think I'll be ordering from this location again anytime soon.

A teenager had me kicked out of the store because he gave my doordash order to another driver the customer never received their order so when I tried to complete my job to get paid he had me removed by the police and told I could not come back. It's a shame that you're trying to make a livelihood and some pump kid with an attitude can cause problems. If you're smart you would not order from this store
