On yesterday 4/10/2024 I ordered 2 gyro sandwich plates with rice…instead I got a plate full of meat, four pieces of bread and rice I’m not a big meat eater so I do like when it’s sliced thin.. but instead the meat was very thick and I didn’t eat it I called soon as I can to Let the guy know that he charged me for something that I didn’t ask for ..he proceeded to tell me the manager will be in tomorrow he would take my name down and to call and let her knw and she will remake my order..so I went in today 4/12/2024 and explained to the manager what happened.. she told me that she can’t remake them both but she can charge me for one and half off the other… I just wanna know why I had to wait for the manager that didn’t resolve the issue..first off he should have offered for me to bring the food back to be remaid that same day.!And to the so called manager it’s not always about the money ..it’s about what makes your customers happy..so yes I left with nothing… No FOOD are No REFUND.. she just lost a good customer and she didn’t seem to care at all..

The food was overpriced and the meat was very tough, which is impressive since they used skillet-cooked ground beef instead of gyro meat. The service and ambiance was fine but gyro-wise I should have gotten a frozen one from the grocery store. The "greek fries" were good, though, and had a decent portion of feta cheese which I enjoyed.

Came to wait on a friend that worked there and was planning to get food later in the night but one of the employees harassed me and called me “weird” for staying there for “5-6 hours” (I haven’t even been there for a hour yet) without buying anything as soon as I came in. Terrible experience and overpriced food.Also the same employee had a earbud in the entire shift

Why do people always take their best features that attracted loyal customers inn the first place and cut them to save money - and lose business! The grilled vegetable side is gone! As you can see from the picture the veggies are replaced by this thimble half full of hummus: ( The food is still good. There prices are still high - but the value is gone.

I was really disappointed. Usually, this location is delicious, but this evening I ordered Greek fries and they were cold, stale fries drizzled with ranch and some sort of zesty sauce. The usual Greek fries have tahini, paprika seasoning, feta, and parsley. I paid an up charge for this ?My dad’s pita on his gyro was burnt, my mom’s had hardly any gyro meat. It was 7:30pm and the store didn’t close til 9:00pm, but the two workers inside were already closing up shop instead of serving us fresh food. Also, we were the only customers in the store the entire time.Horrible experience. On top of all that, they did away with their $5.55 gyro Mondays. Instead it was $12 for the gyro alone, with the Greek fries nearly $16. Extremely disappointed. Wish I had thought to document with pictures.
The falafah had a weird texture and was very salty. The service was excellent. Professional quick and courteous. The restaurant was clean, with a nice atmosphere.Vegetarian options: I've been to this chain before at a different location and the falafel was much better. I'm not sure what happened here but as a vegan that's your option and so you want it to be very good and it just wasn't.
