Went to dine in. No service. She didn't even come to table to say you have to order at the counter. Just looked at me and went about her business. Ordered a large pizza. Came out fast and it was good. Asked for salt and cheese because none on the tables. She said you have to PAY for salt and cheese. Omg. Bye.

Bad customer service and really long wait for your order. When you enter the store, the employees try not to give you eye contact to acknowledge your presence. They're good for telling you what they don't have in stock but can't get them to say what is available.

The pizza was hot and made well!!!! Thoroughly enjoyable!!! Only downer was the website wasn't user friendly and took 30 minutes to order online.Parking: Plenty of good parking at 124 Jefferson St.
I wish I could rate this place better, it has a GREAT dine-in space but unfortunately the hours are terrible for their dine-in availability on Friday and Saturday nights.

What a horrible experience! Ordered Family deal online (2 pizza’s). Total order was $35 for delivery. Doordash showed up with delivery (1 pizza). Called the store with driver still there and Brittany told me I only ordered 1 pizza. I asked why it was $35 for 1 pizza and she said because of the delivery fee. I asked her to refund my money and she said they would not refund my money since I got the pizza. I told her I sent the pizza back with the driver and would order from Papa John’s. She hung up on me so no idea if I’m getting a refund or not so going to have to call my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charges.
