My husband and I had stayed away from Pizza Hut for a long time, since they didn't offer good deals for a long time, plus we thought their pizza had gone downhill. Last night we were ready to try it again and we decided to order pan pizzas. Let me tell you, they were delicious! He got the Meat Lovers' and I ordered the Veggie Lovers'. What sealed the deal was the great offer they had, for $12 for a large, any toppings! The only negative was that, for some reason, the system wouldn't let me pay online and I had to do it in the store, but that was quick. The guy at the front who checked me out was friendly and approachable! (Sorry, I didn't get his name..at 6 p.m. on April 6th). Based on this positive experience, we will be back! Please keep up the good work!

I have been buying pizza from this Pizza Hut for 3 years and never have I had such a terrible experience. The quality of service and the food has steadily declined. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while because of my latest visits but I was really wanting to get stuffed crust pizza and the veggie pasta. When I was started my order on the website, it said 40 minutes but when I placed the order, it suddenly changed to 50 minutes. I was already disappointed in a 40 minute wait and it changed to 50 without asking me if I still wanted to place my order. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:18. I get there at that time and the pizzas weren't ready. The cashier had no information - she could not give me an estimated time of how much longer it would be. She's been working there a while because I've seen her there before. She should have been able to look at the pending orders and at least roughly estimate how much longer it would be. All she would say is that they were backed up and my pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. I left to run some errands and came back over 20 minutes later. Customers cluttered the lobby, all waiting much longer than estimated. Whenever someone would finally leave with their pizzas and they would pass somebody else coming in they would say 'good luck!'. My order was still not ready, still not in the oven and the cashier still couldn't estimate or tell me how many people were ahead of me or anything. Finally the guy in the back came out, looked at the cashier's screen and told people if their pizzas were in the oven or how many people were ahead of them and estimated how long that would take. So since the cook(?) was doing the cashier's job, I'm sure it put all the orders behind even more. If I'd known how long it would take, I would have canceled the order and gone to get something else. But at that point, my pizzas were about to go in the oven so I waited some more. All this time, they never offered anything to the frustrated customers, no compensation at all for taking ridiculously long times to get orders out. I finally got my pizzas and left at 8:56. So I took the pizzas straight home. First thing I noticed were several spots on each pizza where the crust had bubbled through because there wasn't enough cheese to cover everything. Also, everything was overcooked and burnt. They were so backed up, it took nearly 2 hours to get my food - why would they overcook everything and make each order take longer? We were hungry, so we tried to put our food on plates. We found out that although there were cut marks, NONE of the pizzas were cut all the way through. We used knives and pizza cutters to cut them ourselves and it was hard to do. And the cheesy bread wasn't cut at all. Then when we tried to eat the pizzas we couldn't even chew through the crusts! My son made hard tack for a class project and basically that's what the crust tasted like and what the texture was like. Three of our items were stuffed crust pizzas. I paid extra for that and we couldn't even gnaw through the crusts! There wasn't enough cheese on any of the pizzas and not enough cheese on the cheesy bread. And whatever cheese it had was so overcooked, it was just a crust, not really cheesy anymore. We still have a lot left after we gave up trying to eat this stuff. We'll see what kind of run around they give me when I go back.

Employees nice, food fine. Front waiting area awful. No menu on the screens, tv that used to show customer food status displays a small logo, no signeage or anything anywhere. Maybe about to get a much needed renovation?

Terrible customer service and follow up, and just barely better food. Ordered pizzas through the app, what was delivered was very different and only one pizza versus two. Driver said oh well and left. Called the store manager who said had no authority or ability to do anything and to call corporate. Called corporate. Never could talk to a person and no one ever called back. And the one pizza that was delivered tasted mediocre at best .Off my list, not recommended.

Great food that was hot and fresh without a long wait time. There was only one guy there working the counter and cooking pizza as far as I could tell, but he was fast and very efficient. Took off a star because breadsticks were smaller than I remembered. Then again, I haven't had them since I was a kid, and I'm not sure if my faulty memory or shrinkflation is to blame. They tasted great either way.

Ok, I know this isn't a big deal in the scheme of things, but I paid extra for two cups of garlic sauce. They were out of stock so they just decided to keep my money and give me ranch instead. I didn't want ranch. No offer to refund my money. Just stupid. I called the store twice and no one would pick up. I called corporate and they couldn't contact the store either and left me on hold for 15 min before disconnecting. If someone orders a specific food item, and they don't have that available, then just offer me a refund. Who in the world thinks its just fine to give something totally different. I know its only $2.00 but how ridiculous is that?
