The food was good, even though it seemed they were out of a couple of items (empty spaces). The lady taking orders, however, was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. It will be my first and last time there just due to her being so rude.

What a great experience! I don’t eat seafood and the owner was very helpful to go out of his way and assist me in making a custom bowl with another alternative. Including sharing great service and setting up umbrella for me outside so I could sit and enjoy the weather while I ate my meal. Smoothies were all natural fruit! Try the immunity booster ?quality food & healthy!

This is one of our favorite spots in Newnan! We like to come here for girls day lunches. It is always clean. The service is always kind and welcoming. The food is amazing and has great options for people with different tastes. I would highly recommend this place.

I'm starting my new year's resolution early. 2 of my friends lost 10lbs and 15lbs by eating here twice a week after 3 and 4 months. My dietitian agrees that I should try this since this place has low carb, high fiber, and quality protein choices. They always seem to have fresh ingredients and the place is always spotless. Can't wait to try them all.

Most don't speak English well. But enough to complete your order. The food is actually pretty good. And one of the very few places I can eat. With my several food allergies. They have inside and outside seating. The only downside is the price of the food and small smoothies. Is a bit too much for what you get. Ranging is almost $50 for two people. If you're not on a budget, great. But this place is a once in a while treat for me
My first time in, I got a small bowl. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I certainly will be back for more, I couldn't get a picture of my bowl because upon first bite, I could not stop. I also grabbed a tropical smoothie, very refreshing. the guy making my bowl was so nice.

The plus is that you can add as much as you'd like to your poke bowl. They have a lot of options. They spelled the name on my order wrong even though I ordered through help? Anyhow the service was okay. The establishment is clean and spacious plenty of sitting for you to pick from. The poke lacked flavor in my opinion it was just okay. I've had better poke bowls. But if you're craving it and nothing is near you I guess it's alright.

Always great service and the food is always good! It's a create your own bowl or burrito! They also have great smoothies that are healthy!! Tropical harmony has been the best one I've had so far! Avocado and egg are upcharges! This is a great lunch spot!

Really disappointed that prices have risen from $8.99 to $11.99 for the small bowl and the quality now much less. Ground beef in a poke bowl? Seriously, what happened to the grilled steak? If I want ground beef I'll go to Taco Bell! I won't be going back to this place, EVER!

I have loved this place, but ONLY when we eat in or go in to order. Ordering online or through Grubhub or any of those doesn’t work. I have been eating here for years and tonight we ordered for pickup, the first time doing that. We ordered a small bowl, a burrito, and 2 medium bowls. The medium bowls were the same size as the small bowls. Things were missing, and there wasn’t as much chicken as when you go in to buy it. My teriyaki chicken only had about 3-5 pieces. This really bothered me. I had surgery Monday and a friend of my daughters sent her $100 to buy us dinner out. For 4 meals, is was $75 and it definitely was not worth that. Like I said, I have loved it before, but will not come in there again because of this. The food you get when ordering out should be just as good as when you order in.
