This was the WORST I MEAN WORST service I have had at a restaurant!! The short lady with short hair was EXTREMELY RUDE! She was rushing and over talking me through my whole order. I told her I had a second order and she got upset and acted like it was a huge deal. When I got up to the window to pay, se had everything on the same order and when I told the other employee that it was supposed to be on two orders she was in the background saying I didn’t tell her! But even the person I had on my car phone said I told her that. If you are looking for nice competent service do NOT go to this Popeyes.

The customer service was cool but I think they forgot to season the chicken. Only had breast and thighs in mild. They were super kind about accommodating me but the chicken is not good at all. Worst cheat meal ever. That’s what I get lol

Disappointing Experience at Popeyes!I tried using the Popeyes mobile order at this location, hoping for a convenient and satisfying meal. However, despite their menu still listing tender meals, I was informed that they were not available here, unlike at other locations. Even worse, the reward for a chicken sandwich was also unavailable.On top of that, my orders have been consistently incorrect during my multiple visits - more than three times, to be exact. Despite requesting sauce on the side, it was always mixed with the wings, and they even forgot to include my large fries.Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won't be returning to this location in the future.

Terrible service. They told us 5 mins. 15 minutes later I went in and they told me chicken strips were frozen and it would be another 5 minutes again. Never again will I stop here..

So, the chicken strips were good as always. The biscuit was alright, but had a sweet taste to it. Probably has something to do with the strawberry biscuits. The coleslaw was meh. But the girl that took care of me at the register today was great. She was a shift leader, and I was there at around 7:30pm on 3/24/24. I wasn't clear about my order, and after I questioned it, she offered to just add the items I wanted at no charge since there was not much of a price difference. I told her no, but I'd be happy with just a biscuit. She then let me know it really was no problem, so I was like okay, sure. She added the biscuit and side to my order no charge, and was super friendly. I feel like that's rare nowadays. Generally, if I make a mistake when I order, I'm made to understand that if I didn't do a good job ordering, I deserve what I get. Next in line please.

Ordered from here last night and when I got my food I had green mold on my chicken tenders.
This is the third time I have gone to this location and it's been a HORRIBLE POOR experience!! I ordered ahead online and was told to pull up in the drive through to pick up my order. I waited for almost 40 mins to get up to the window, then once I got up to the window I was told to pull forward because my order wasn't ready! I did that and then waited again another 40-45 mins! I watched car after car get their orders......I finally went back to the drive through window only to be told I can't come back to the window I guess because I was told to wait! Which is crazy as I've waited approximately an hour and a half at this point for a 12 piece and 12 wings with 3 sides! That is insane! At no point did a manager come speak to me at all. I did pull forward a SECOND time and waited only for the same girl who was sarcastic with me in the window to bring my food to me. She held my bag out on 1 finger and literally turned her head to the street while I grabbed my order! No apology no nothing! This place needs to be shut down! The management is trash as well as the staff!! And to male matters worst after waiting this long my food is COLD!! Shut this place down!

Wokers were giving attitude from the time we ordered til the time we received our food. It was so awkward I didn't even want to ask for a new coke because the one they gave me had no syrup. They also didn't gave me a wrong order.
